I purchased a moto G2 from Flipkart but I got a defective piece and touch is not working on that phone.
Is any one guide me how to replace this phone. Please don't buy this phone. even it hits like an iron and battery is also not good as written in reviews.
Please someone help me to give the perfect way to communicate to flipkart for replacement of my fresh piece which i got defective.

Thanks to flipkart for replacement of moto g2 which was heating like iron, and battery was poor, I'm surprised new moto g2 is awesome in both, thanks flipkart for replacement.

lil surprised to know that moto g2 in US is only 8GB, can you not add external mem card?

I live in the U.S. and Motorola isn't offering the 16gb version here. I was just wondering if I were to purchase a 16gb version from another country where it is offered, would the 3g work here in the U.S.?

Check if the wireless network is getting detected, if yes then select it and enter the password else refresh to see if wireless network pops up again. Even after that if it doesnt detect restart the phone, i have used this phone for 13 days i guess i never experienced any wifi issues.

Ela, 18 Oct 2014I can't send the files via Bluetooth by multi select !! Guy... morei use app called shareit, i recommend the same as it sent about 400MB files in about 5 minutes which is much better than bluetooth.
