ak, 29 Nov 2015My phone's screen was not pure white so I returned it and g... moreHi try a hard reset and make sure that u don't have lot of photos or videos in sd card.
In my case my 2nd moto g2 was a slow as compared to my 1st moto g2 both on lollipop out of box but in 2nd phone there was almost 5000+ images more than half in HD so i decided to delete some and delete almost 2500+ images and phone performance improve.
don't move apps in sd card let them install in phone memory. hope this help

I had bought this phone 10 ays ago. Working perfectly, also giving awsome battery timing. Great phone at this price

Third class phone. new purchase on 15.12.14.
Now there is no voice call sound during any call .
Poor service from the co. My new handset lying in the service centre for more than 10 days now. Atleast 10 more days more. No standby available. My suggestion is Dont get any moto.

In my mobile I am using dual sim
Sim1 is Airtel and sim 2 is bsnl but data connection is only connecting in sim1 only not in sim2 ...my sim2 is new sim

try hard reset once u can easily find the step-by-step instructions on google or YouTube.
its normal after a major software upgrade (ie 4.4 - 5.0.2) device starts hanging try hard reset and if u r using moto default charger it will take 4 hrs its normal.

I bought MOTO G 2nd Gen from Flipkart, India in April 2015.
It was fine initially till it updated to Lollipop...
Since then these are the issues i'm facing:
1.Very Slow
2.Hangs.. specially when i get a call & other apps are open
3.Over Heating while playing games and while charging
4.Battery Issues.. it takes 4 hrs to charge completely
I need someone to tell me that it can be replaced.. it's still in warranty
