I have a moto g play 2021 and its a great phone. Battery lasts 2+ weeks with light use. This one looks nicer visually but why downgrade the snapdragon 460 which has four a73 and four a53 to the helio g37 which has eight of the a53 cores. Seems like a downgrade in speed and its gonna run android 12 which needs a faster CPU. Give us a snapdragon 480 or a mediatek 700, Motorola!

g6! that's nothin. I'm using a nexus 5 as my daily driver.. it rocks. gotta iPhone 8 that I keep trying but always go back to the nexus

Idk why this phone is being made with these specs in 2023. It's pretty laughable. But, on the other hand, I know someone who is still using a Moto G6 3gb ram as a daily driver and runs with out any problems. Maybe the joke is on us who are chasing be the latest and greatest? 🤷🏻♂️

I don't get the stigma of the name. Moto G Play? If it's for playing, why does it have a pretty meager (The Helio G37 is for entry level phones) but if its for entry, why can't it be called Moto G Radiation or something
