Anonymous, 02 Aug 2013check the benchmarks - except Vellamo, the octa is better i... moreThis is actually very good because you are comparing a old CPU S4 Pro vs the latest S800 Octa and still on the 3D test the X8 Moto Chipset beat any CPU around meaning that is a huge success :-)
Actually a phone like the Xperia Z can't even stand a chance :-)
We don't care what people are saying because with the X8 chipset the Moto X just perfom better than many devices out there. Many are crying for the battery being on 2200mah but with the X8 chipset the phone still give better battery life with 24h meaning you can use the phone for 2 days without chager

this is the first amoled screen phone higher than 300 ppi that has full rgb matrix. It does not have that stupid pentile matrix . and it also has a nice camera, and design .. hats off moto..

Not interested unless it has a massive battery and an FM Radio. Oh, and the LED removal to show notifications on screen instead is just dumb. Nice one Moto, another screw up to add to the vast collection.

awesom. i love this phone.and like droid ultra,mini.maxx those are my favorite ranges.who told bad? it has good camera like htc s ultra pixle.and there is a clear pixle.these things are made me wonder.currently im using motorola atrix 2.well its very good smart phone for me.no technical issues.work perfectly .not like samsung.

Simply what can some own a GS4 or HTC can really do that the Moto X can't in term of performance. But let me tell u.

Extremely disappointed. 2200 mah battery..!!!! Huge disappointment. All of its features are available in Droid Maxx. I'll go for Droid Maxx.

This phone is actually far better than any Android phone in the market.
Moto X with a CPU (S4 pro) beat the Xperia Z, HTC and GS4 with a CPU (S600) and even the latest GS4(octa) got beaten on some benchmarks and the Moto X top them all on the 3D test.
For the old CPU like the S4 pro it's Amazing what the Moto X8 technology did on this device.
With a battery of 2200 mah Moto impress with 24h of standing time.
Moto 10 MP camera is the fastest and the best of them all. Amazingly the front camera with 2MP can record full HD at 1080p.
Moto X id the best look smart phone with best personalisation.
The screen notification no matter the phone is locked.
The "Google Now" makes this phone just a exceptional one.
There is a Google Edition coming of the Moto X priced at the lower price off contrat just like the Nexus 4.
Moto prouve that Android OS can give a best experience just like iphone does. Many will be supprise how good this phone will sell.

Its not the best phone I think because it has not the quad-core processor while it has 4.7" OLED display and also note have 4.3 JB that why it cost only $299-$355

here it is mentioned that, stock android version will be Jelly bean 4.2.2
???
Moto is google owned company and google has released it's JB 4.3 in Nexus 7 2, so why not in this phone!
