when i put earphone into my moto x.. it works only one...

I updated moto x (1st gen) to 5.1, But every time I switch on the phone always took longger time to on with white box said optimizing app 1/64 to 64/64. I tried reset and than latter I did wipe cache but still the same. Moto pls fix

really upset by the motorola service center services in palam vihar gurgaon,wasted my whole day without providing any clarity and guidance.

indo, 10 Jun 2015Either your sim getting old or you network is slow. Mine co... moreI guess you have'nt chnaged your network settings.I was facing the same problem, but later i got to know that i had to chnage the edge singnal to H+ in order to get the appropiate 3G speed.

AnonD-407075, 16 Jun 2015how to set ringtonesI have a Moto G, and in order to asign a ringtong I had to download a File Manager like ES File Explorer from App Store, and after install it I was able to choose any ringtone.

Having no card slot is a pain. I was not given the option for the 32gb model or the 64. After installing the few apps I needed and porting my music over, the phone was too full to update the apps that it came with (ie.the ones I can't get rid of and don't want) also the integrated battery will become problematic eventually, and with previous phones, I could just go buy a new battery, I guess that's impossible now. What a pain in the petunias.

I've got lollip guys for my Moto x 2013! You can change the ok Google now, more voice commands and better interface. The only problem I guess is that it lags sometimes when I press the back button after using the voice control. Other than that, cool as heck!

My moto x (2013) seems to have run into problems after 7 months of usage.The screen does not automatically turn off. Even if I leave the phone for 1 hour, the phone screen glows continuously. The sound suddenly became very low to hear one day and suddenly after a week it became normal. Now the vibration stopped working. I have gone through all the settings but could not fix any of these issues. Can anyone help with these issues?

camera araises the main problem

Its a software issue,will be sorted out one official lollipop update rolls out.if u want to use the camera.pls follow below steps.
1.Go to setting-apps
2.Swipe to all apps list
3.find camera app
4.open it and tap on force stop & then tap on disable.
Now the native camera app is disabled & u can use any other camera app available in play store.
I suggest "open camera" its ad free app
Moto x is one of the best phone which i have ever used.hope motorolla will sort this issue with new update release...👍

hari, 21 May 2015I bought a used mot x just few days back.. But the internet... moreEither your sim getting old or you network is slow. Mine connect to 3G only, works faster than xperia z ultra. moto X comes with a few version of networks, pls ensure it fit to your carrier network. Good luck
