First of all please check if you use lollipop 5.1 this is final update for moto X. however if you in Kit Kat please find the motorola update services on Play store then Update it. after update please restart Moto X when moto x complete boot again now go to setting/about phone/system update you will recive a new update enjoy......

Best phone ever! works fast.. battery life is same as other smart phones. need to recharge daily but it doesn't eat up all the battery in seconds. love this phone!

I Purchased it in Verizon and upgrade with lollipop, when i on the loudspeaker Mount piece and speaker leave the work.

I purchased this unlocked AT&T phone and all was well (with my carrier straight talk) until they changed the APN settings. The phone was not receiving and picture mail and text messaging was hit or miss. I switched to AT&T and so far so good.

It's a great smartphone, but I recommend the users don't update it. Lolillop have bugs. There is a problem with the sound, and it's very strange, is like a popcorn sound.
