I charge my phone about twice a day. I use it heavily.
Also on graphic intensive games, the phone tends to overheat after 10-15mins

Your best would be to just find a way to see the phone and recover money lost and get yourself another one and make sure it hasn't been updated

DO NOT UPGRADE TO LOLLIPOP on this phone unless you plan on rooting it. you will regret it as it is not worth the headache
