Motorola X4( XT1900-2) bought this model via Amazon when on sale for RS 17K about , worked very good , no lag in first 2 years ( didn't play games ) , Excellent response , till all smartphone used till now , Only problem is battery life is 1 day not more

Moto x4 is a gem i have been using it for 3 years
Now it has some defects in microphone & charges very slowly yet it performs well
Going to replace it soon

It died some months ago. Used it for 3 and half years. Bought samsung galaxy m51. But i really miss my moto x4. It was a gem ♥️

I am using Motorola Moto X4 since 2018. 2 days before, I did factory reset for my phone. Before reset, I was able to use Face unlock for my phone. But after factory reset, I an unable to find Face unlock feature. Can anyone suggest where can i find this feature?

I am using this phone since November 2018.
The software and all are working fine.✔️
The build quality of this phone is amazing.It was dropped from my hands many times to the floor , even after that not a single crack in the phone.It is very easy to use and fits in the hands comfortably.It has USB-C.
It also have fast charging.
And this is a water resistant phone.Have dropped it in water so much time and also washed it .Still no problem for me
A great phone from Motorola.

Abosolute value for money. i had it but lost in train as pickpocket happend. camera is bit disappoint but overall sweet.

Isha, 16 May 2021Hi I'm facing a terrible issue.my Moto x4 is automatic... moreIf hard reset is not working, try to flash device using Lenovo rescue tool on computer. If it is still not work , visit Moto service centre.
I had similar issue with my moto z2 play, but the service centre denied me stating firmware is not available for old devices. Hope it's not same with you.

My Moto X4 is over 2 years old and running on stock Android 9. Since the end of Feb 2021 or the early Mar 2021, I started facing a unique problem.
The device went blank whenever an new SMS notification arrived. I backed up my data and made a factory reset. I didn't install any app and run the device in factory released mode. Yet, the issue wasn't resolved.
I took a wild stab in the dark and assumed that the Messages app must be the culprit and installed a different app made the newly installed app as the default app for handling SMS. Now, the issue is resolved and my device is as good as new.
p.s: If anyone faces the same issue of device turning off whenever a notification for new incoming message, i suggest you to install an alternative app to Messages and verify if the issue is resolved before making any decision to reset or take the device to a service centre.
