I've got this device in december 2015, and it's completely meets my requirements. It's very fast, not very expensive (i've got it in my country from huckster, but it was brand new), and powerful enough. Camera even after 20MP in Meizu MX4 is one of the best, and i'm happy with it, also it already has an update to Marshmallow, and it's very, very fast!

Got this phone used from Amazon Warehouse Deals USA for around $140 US excluding taxes and shipping (because of Amazon Prime). Have to say, its an AMAZING buy for that price. Great screen, very good performance. Only cons: 16GB only has 10GB free, and battery life is fair but not great. Camera is actually quite decent both in bright and dim if you forgive some of its quality for the price.
If you were looking at a OnePlus X, consider this phone too -- has lots of support for ROMs and other things as long as you stick to the pure edition (XT1095) model. It has 1GB less ram, but for a much lower price and with much more support from the company (depending on where you live).

It's much more powerful and better for gaming then Turbo! Plus the AMOLED screen makes the dark seem dark.. Please do research before commenting!
