Motorola sent me a 2 lemon phones. I like how easy it is to get in touch with a representative however they fail terrible at resolving the issue. First phone speaker was not working in and out, then the 2nd phone stopped working after 2 week of use. The battery won't recharge and a green LED shows up when I charge, but won't boot up. I've made many attempts to resolve the issue but everytime i speak to a different rep i get a different answer as to whether theyll fix the phone or not. Motorola is trying to copy apple's custoomer service but fail at it from my experience. I hope everyone else has better luck than me

Does this or any other moto phone have a car cradle like the droid 3, or some way to get audio out through a USB cable with 1/8" phono adapter? I really like not having to plug cables to use in my car. With the droid 3 I just drop the phone into the cradle and everything is all set to go. This is the only thing holding me back from upgrading to this phone.

There is an update 5.0 for moto x 2nd Gen but if you dont get the notification you just have install it your own in which i did mine today its soooo nice

this moto stuff is terrible regading battery. This is crazy low performance. I'm looking to switch phone but my LG G2 has a 81h battery rating. Jesus Motorola is total 2011 here.
