i have a problem with sd card,....the card is empty anc my card does not read the card ..What can I do??? it says (the sd card is empty or have unredeadable folders... Format the sd? )) pls help

What kind of support is when you ask how to download SD card and Motorola comes up empty, ya think it is a piece of Junk? I Do

I got my motorola XT615 from a neighbor for $50, canadian currency. Everything works ok, except I can't send or receive photos. This is my 1st time owning a cell phone. The previous owner had it about a year when he sold it to me...

O.K. phone. This phone,I purchased,is unlocked. Will except any sim card. I take it with me,when I am on holiday. I leave my Apple Iphone,home.

worst phone ever! I thought since Motorola was owned by Google. this was going to work lovely.. it doesn´t I had the phone for about a year. Dust started to filter to the screen through the opening where you charge it. after a year of having the phone, it would re-start by it own. over heating. power button stopped working, i did a mayor reset. erased everything. and yet it did not work. i just gave up, first time and the last time buying a Motorola.

bought this on Motorola's previous reputation but very disappointed about this XT615!! really rubbish phone!! sent back to repair 3 times within a year. not the camera can't work again, and screen go black nearly every 10 minutes. restart function can't work, have to remove the battery for restarting the phone. never buy any more Motorola!!

First, batterie life far to short! I got max. 3 hours out of it! Back cover falls off regularly! ! Camera stopped working after one year and the quality of the pictures was absolutely bad!
Freezes at least twice a day!
Tried to sell it to several online second hand shops! Most didnt even want it! One offered loughable 3£ the best offer I had was 4.80£!
Just 14 month ago I payd 189£ I guess that says everything! DONT buy it! Keep your hands off a used one! Exept you get it for 5£ and it is for your lil son/daughter to play with!

I have an xt615 turned it off one day when I turned it back on all I could get was the Motorola logo on the screen didn't want to display the home screen.Don't know what the problem is I guess it is the end of life for that one

You know all the time I have problem with my sd card & phone doesn't recognize it unreasonably and I should restart the phone .. in addition process speed is very low .... however I like this brand but I'm really unsatisfied ..

Worse reception than a 1st gen Google Nexus One. otherewise workign ok after 6months.

I've had this phone for about 2 n a half months... unfortunately I do not like this phone because it has so many problems! First off when taking pictures the quality and color does not turn out well, second it has a problem with the battery cover coming off randomly, third I am stuck on the EDGE network! For living in the US it is horrible. I can't do anything with this phone... all I know is I paid way too much for it to not work very well.. I wanna just sell it and get a way better phone that will do right! Which i will probably do in the very near future! This phone has soooo many defaults, I really do NOT recommend this phone to anyone!!!!! Not a happy customer!

The pictures taken are not displayed, it seems that they are not being saved. The phone originally worked fine, two months later issues like this arised. All my pictures and videos are lost...

i have had my moto for 1 month and my flash doesnt want to turn on when i take pictures what do i do to fix it because i downloaded the flashlight app and the flash works but the option on my camera does not
