Not the best phone. I really on the phone for atleast 2 phone calls and about 3 texts a day. Ideally after all this battery will this the battery drains to 50%. This also happens after fully charging the phone within a 2 hours it drains to 50% .

Crap proccesor phone just sucks got for free with supertab and regret it i would rather have a non glithchylg lg rumour

Hubby and I each got this phone in Aug/Sept 2012 and with the update 3-4 weeks ago lost all ability to acces Wi-Fi. We do not have data plans a relied solely on Wi-Fi. We are filing a warranty claim with our provider to have the phones replaced with a different model that was not affected by this CRAZY update. If I could, I would rather shop around for a new phone, likely not Motorola...with no response to their clients about this wild update fiasco, I have lost faith in their customer service abilities.

I purchased this phone in September and it workied great until I installed the update and it killed my wifi - after complaining for 3 weeks and still the answer is sorry maam - waiting for a patch - it's been a month - still no update by next week I want a new phone -

Virgin said Motorola was working on this but it's been over two weeks since I uploaded the update and it's still not working. I'm ready to take the phone back as it no longer has the features it was sold with!

The Motoluxe is the best mobile I've ever had, great screen, amazing performance and the of all good price. I recommend you this mobile if you want to have a good device with a good size (not as bigger as galaxy s3 or all of those new mobiles that are hard to use with one hand)

vincentvega73, 22 Oct 2012I have the same problem with my Motoluxe and I am on a Virg... moreI had that problem too, then the new update came out, if you are still experiencing the problem, try turning your data off, that's what worked for me, but still worked when I had wifi on, I bought this phone in September, not happy, switching back to my samsung. Too many glitches.

Mine (one week old) cannot text to an email address. Attempting that invokes the email application, but I don't have a data plan. Motorola Support confirmed you cannot text to an mail address. (My old dumb phone could) Model XT615 V 2.3.7

i have gotten this phone about a month ago with virgin, and it used to work amazingly. now though, recently it rufuses to connect to any type of wifi at all, and i have tried turning the phone off and on, replugging in the router but nothing seems to work - any help?

Helpful, 20 Oct 2012i had the same problem, you just have to turn off your data... moreThank you so much for help with this issue..ive tried contacting Motorola and bell..both said to send it in for repair. My boyfriend went through two of these phones within a week period with the same problem..

It could be that your memory card is broken. If you have another one available you can try and see if the same happens when you use it.Or perhaps can try a friends memory card in your phone.
