i just got the phone myself and believe me its the best phone ive evr had... my nokia 6230i is still sulking in the corner. TIP: if u want a phone with good camera mp3 player n nuff memory dont go fr this...this is a phone which is a phone. an excellent phone. thr will be people who love it or if not hate it...simple..its stylish small decent features..and jus wonderful to hold.
now...question: im in UK and i think the menus ben changed i cant seem to get the option for analog clock on the external .... no auto update option in 'time&date' menu and no clock option in personalize, home etc....PLEASE HELP!!

i received this phone as a christmas present and absolutely love it. its extrememly different than any other phone i have seen. it stands out above all with the way it opens up. if you are looking for a phone to amaze you and keep you on your feet this is the phone.

The user manual clearly explains how to enable the analogue clock on p.79
Settings -> Personalise -> Home Screen -> Clock -> Analogue

I will tell you the honest truth about this mobile pebl. It is absolutley great the design and the way it looks the only bad thing is the memory it is awful i thought they would have improved from the motorola v3 only having 5mb but it is the same the photos are really clear though and you can put them on your computer with a usb cable you get with it. I have taken no videos watsoeva and about 16 of my own photos and had about 60 messages in my inbox on my phone and the memory is full its awful and their is no memory card slot. but overall it is a unique design and one of the best desinged phone made.

I am having the same problem as Shane with the external clock. The option of clock is not in personilse > settings > home screen. I suspect they have chaned the design. Does anyone in the UK have a U6 with the analog clock feature?

Fantastic phone but still cant change the digital clock to analogue on the flip!!!!

when i first got the phone seemed good the look of the phone caught me but after a month the camera gave up and the touch pad as well when i press the number 1,9,5 it dails 0,2,3 a friend of mine has the same problem,should have gone for the vmoto

hi. ive just got my motorola pebl and i think its a fantastic mobile phone. the only thing im having a problem with is chaning the digital clock on the external screen to analog.can anybody help me?

This is a fashion phone for people who appreciate the design effort from Motorola design team.
Nokia 6230 is just a mobile phone for NORMAL people........just like any other phone.
By the way, all Nokia phone models all have different software/firmware bug when they first introduce tp the market(Nokia never test their phone well enough before they put them on the market; & this is the fact!!!)

I recently decided to upgrade from a Nokia 6230 to this phone. It does look nice, no doubt about that but feature wise, it is no where near the standard of my old Nokia. You can not do simple things like change the message alert tone, after a day it has greasy fingerprints all over it, the flip design is cheap and not sturdy enough and overall it is a very difficult phone to use. I have sent it back and am going to wait for the Nokia N series to come out!

i bought one and love this phone.
the voice commands could be better.
i have a silver and a black v3 razor and
like the u6 a lot better.
reception and battery life are a lot better
with the u6 pebel.

i think the pebl is a brill phone
ithink it has a crap memory! does anyone no if you can have a memory upgrade and if you can where to go?

I got one a couple of days ago, and I must admit I really like this little phone. Paired with bluetooth headset no problem, and the digit dial and voice dial commands are really sharp.
And it looks good!!!

the pebl... looks, great, feels great, all your work mates will want to hold it, and if you want to make calls and send texts this is a great phone. If you want to take video and photos then it isn't brilliant! Get a small digital camera! The length of video can be changed by reading the manual and going through the menus. Voice dialing has worked great for me - even with my strong regional accent. It takes a few reads-through of the manual to learn how to do everything - but i guess that is why they supply you with one!! The box comes with a personal handsfree on orange but not with O2.
