i've had this phone since March and so far it did a great job. My only problem with this phone is the battery.. it only lasts for one day..

-does not freeze
-DOES shut down by itself when battery is low.

i think this phone only lacks a wifi and a 6megapixel camera..

video quality is great (same quality with nokia n95)
audio quality is not good,(volume automatically decreases after minutes of playing music)

over all rating- very good

This phone's excellent... being using it for 3 months. Best keyboard and excellent reliability. I don't understand the people having problems with this phone.

I think you should get the HP 610c instead, a more advance A-GPS, nice b/g WiFi, 7.2 M HSDPA, Damn sharp camera...

Freezes a lot...
Drops calls...
Shuts off by itself...
Can't unforward calls...
Very Very Very short battery life...
HORRIBLE PHONE...

Unfortunately it will NOT work. :( the phone will just try to use it as a memory card. You can find out more info on the motorola Q forum page.

The moto Q8 and Q9h doesnt have wi-fi or wireless lan. But you can buy a wi-fi micro SD card adapter which you can insert to the phone's micro SD card slot and use it to surf the internet, such makers of this wi-fi micro SD card adapters are PQI and Kingston.

I'm getting it this week and my impressions so far are pretty intriguing: GBA/other emulators ready, office editing, good data speeds and 3g, EXTENDED BATTERY AVAILABLE!!! So few ATnT and overall smartphones/regulars have this option under GSM and I highly value an extra day of not having to worry about charging it.

As far as getting it, I'd get Tilt, sell it, get a decently-used Q9 and have $200 left for whatever.

I just bought one, It's wonderful with respect to the price, the speed is much better than many other vendor.
No, It doesn't have WiFi, the screen color/reading under direct sun light is ok.

it came with Mcafee, & Opera as SW and many Shortcuts as HW

I use Q9 everyday with GOOD email client - it's great! You can setup multiple accounts and I have my work email + whole Outlook coming through GOOD, but my personal Yahoo emails are in Windows Mobile (native MS messaging app).
Outlook integration and synching is fantastic - it's like being at work with all your meeting details, attachements, remainders, tasks, ...
Ask anybody who uses iPhone to forward you an email with a document attahced or with some pictures - they won't be forwarded! With Moto Q nothing is lost and I can open any document not just pdf.
Plus the Q9 has the best keyboard of all smartphones, by far!!!

AT&T Website 49.00 US for a refurbished w/2yr. Contract. Not bad. w/wall charger, usb adapter, tool disc, usb data cable, application disc,standard battery w/back and extended battery w/extended back. Nice!

what about the colour?? it says it only has 65k colours??? if take pictures does it blur?? compared to Nokia N95???
