The reason why Moto is still releasing Android 1.5 is due to the fact the Moto Blur only works on Android 1.5 so far, and Moto is working on to get Moto Blur to work on Android 2.0/2.1...

it really nice phone from motorola i want know possible sending and receiving data through blutooth because some android mobile like samaung galaxy its not supporting transfer data through blutooth i think because of v 1.5

Motorola Quench announced for TIM Brazil
the Motorola Quench / Cliq XT will be available soon in Brazil, via TIM (the country’s third largest mobile carrier, with more than 40 million subscribers).
features include: 3.1 inch HVGA touchscreen display, accelerometer, HSPA, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, Swype, HTML browser, 3.5mm headset jack, stereo Bluetooth, FM radio, 5MP autofocus camera with flash, 512MB ROM, 256MB RAM, and a Qualcomm MSM7201A 528 MHz processor.
TIM Brazil will sell the Motorola Quench starting late March for a price that was not announced. The smartphone will also be available in Europe, as well as via T-Mobile USA (as Motorola Cliq XT)

I'm currently using Milestone/Q9/V9/Z3/E6/EM35/Zn5/V3maxx
