actually i adore v8 better but the things which made me not buying it, is because the colour. i love the colour of v9 !!

Motorola Indonesia is really suck.
Motoroa Razr 2 V9 maybe around next year 2008 or nothing.
Motorola Razr 2 V8 and V9 have other colors soon.
Motorola Razr 2 V8 is thinnest then other "Motorola Razr 2".

Flash or LED light is very helpful actually.
It was included with the RAZR MaxxV6, and I don't see why it is not included in this next evolution of RAZR.
But nonetheless, this phone is still a stand alone phone, just like the MaxxV6. And this phone will also be the second best seller of cellphones in history, seeing that the first RAZR accomplished that, why not the official second one?
Also, Xenon flash is the brightest camera flash out there, and is usually available on nearly all cameras, but only available on select phones. LED flash is flash that's found on phones such as the Sony Ericsson W810 and the Motorola RAZR MaxxV6.

If Flash Light or Xenon Flash is important. Why not all type of the brands (Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG) has "Flash Light" or "Xenon"? And now "Nokia" try to produce "camera phone" without "flash light / xenon flash". "Motorola Kodak Camera Phone" sooner in the market around "Q4,2007" or "Q1,2008" will use "Kodak Innovations and Technology" without using "Flash Light / Xenon Light".
Photo result of Motorola Razr 2 V8 / V9 without "flash light" is great than "Sony Ericsson W880" with "flash light". My brother has "Sony Ericsson W880".

What a great phone. Easy to use and feels like it is built to last. Have just compared it with the Nokia N76 which feels and looks so cheap. The only reason why I will not be buying one is that it doesn't look very good compared to the V8. I don't like to browny/reddish colour or the keypad design. For that reason I will stick with my V8 and go without a removeable memory card and 3G.

Sooner... We don't need "flash light", wasting battery energy. Is that all type of the brands (Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG) has "Flash Light" or "Xenon"? This question for somebody always complain about "Flash Light" and until now no one answer my question. I don't think so all type of brands has "Flash Light".

This phone may feature the ability to close the phone while taking a video call, and continue your conversation in that closed state.
And yes, this has only one camera on which that the video calling does perform upon.

for me the best fashion fones in the market are moto's razrs,pebls ,slvrs,krzrs samsung's ultra edition 1 and 2 nokia's n76 , n93i, and ol of the slim glass and metal constructed phones they all look catchy ....

hmm...Nice looking phone...I love Moto's phones..even though some may say the interface on some other Motorola phones are a bit dated, they remain easy to use..and hassle free. I'm just wondering..does this phone have a secondary VGA camera for video calls? Or does it make use of the main camera to do so?

I'm all for the K850 bro, but this phone needs respect too. Unlike the K790 (with this, I'm thinking you're in Canada too), this phone can reply/read e-mails and text messages without opening the phone, listen to music without opening the phone, and accept/reject (video) calls without opening the phone.
True that the K790 will have a higher quality, but if you think about it, they're both equal in ergonomics and in terms of good features.
Motorola obviously doesn't have the grasp of the need of AF/flash or a higher MP camera, but they don't care.
Look at this, they're toting video calling on a 2Mp camera, and sending it at that resolution. That's one powerful phone, along with it's CrystalTalk technology.

this price is very high for this phone..
compared with sony ericsson k790, sony is better option for high end phones an save money =]

are you able to use a wallpaper that's animated? i min, will it still be animated when used as a wallpaper? coz prev moto phones do not allow it.

All the features were excelent. But the problem is battery backup.
