Anon321, 30 Nov 2023hows the battery of ultra 40?I had 5000mAh phone before. I don't really see any difference. I think that using the cover screen for many basic tasks makes the battery lacking in terms of capacity.

Using the less energy-demanding outer screen makes up for the lack of capacity. The only problem I have with it is that the flashlight sometimes turns off by itself.

      After careful decision, and put all cards set in the table, i ended up choosing the Flip 5.

      if only Motorola (Lenovo) were more serious about long term support.....Still running Android 13 to this day is unacceptable...

      Also the flip has superior and quality materials.
      A shame, because the implementation of the OS with the external screen is far better than Samsung.

      If Moto want´s to play with the big boys they really need to commit themselves harder to play in the big league.

      And yes I´ve been a long user of the latest Edge series so I now what I´m saying

The inner display is basically always protected when the phone is closed. Outer display is tough enough IMO. I always use the provided phone case, tried several others too but the original one is still the best. I'm also rocking Huawei Mate 50 Pro and I like them both. 2 different types of phones each has its cons and pros, and same CPU but they both are excellent IMO. Lastly I'm sure u can't go wrong by purchasing this Moto.

          I´ve red a lot about both devices, and honestly I dislike the Samsung One UI overall experience, which I have on my work samsung A53 5G phone.
          The moto looks like the desirable option.

          My only concern is the the overall fragile condition about the display, I'm careful still, some questions arise to my mind:
          Can I use this device at the beach? What if i drop this phone? Should i use it with a case?

I was a bit sceptical about the battery life before buying it (just because of the size of the battery) but overall, the phone performs really well. No issues with the battery or battery life Screen protector? Always using the factory one. No issues. Displays? Really nice, especially the outer dsplay, brilliant. I compared my Moto and Samsung Flip 5 hand to hand and honestly, I'd go again with the Moto. There only 2 issues that I encountered, but both of these are SW issues: 1) my version is a Chinese one and I cannot register my account with Lenovo as it requires a Chinese phone number which I don't have and 2) sometimes the notofications for some apps don't work although they are enabled (i.e. Telegram, always work, Viber, only if the app is actualy running). I think issue 2) has to do with battery management, and I'm unsure if this was handled by Motorola or Android 13 itself. All in all, this phone a totally sweet device justifying its price (which should be lower now than at launch). I paid around 950 usd for it, bought at Wonda Mobile (just google it), fast shipping and no EU import duties and extra fees as they ship these devices to teir Italian warehouse first, and then from there to their customers.                 Can anyone give me an honest opinion if it´s worth give this RAZR a try?

                I´m concerned about battery life, but also about this durability. I´m very careful still wich basic needs should I have ?

                Any bug or know issue?

                  gray Lines shows around screen hinge after one month only.
                  not recommended.

                    Just bought the Motp Razr 40 Ultra. Love the phone. You can do so much more now with the outer screen. Many times u just get useless notifications which u can just see and ignore it-- reducing your screen time. My main concern was the battery life... Because I am quite a heavy user.. still I got 5hrs 40 mins screen on time and still showing 30% battery life left.. which means easily 6hrs 30mins atleast of screen on time. Don't worry about it.. you can easily go through 1 full day from morning (8am or so) till evening or night (approx 10pm) with still 10% to 15% battery left.
                    The OS is one of the best experience I have had.. coming from one UI 6 of Samsung and Redmi and Xiaomi. Everything is super snappy and almost stock and everything just works perfectly well.

                      I have used both the razr 40 and 40 ultra and the ultra has some good upgrades over the razr 40 that justify the price. I especially love the new peach colored variant. The outer display is very useful and easy to use. The versatility of the apps switching between the cover and main display is very nice and convenient. The tall aspect ratio is nice in the hand too because its not so wide, therefore making it easier and more comfortable to hold.

                        I'm interested in XT2321-2 8/256 GB China version with Google Play. If by any chance anyone here have this version, please let me know if it's possible to use 2 SIM cards (nano SIM + esim or 2 nano SIM's). What I know is the phone has only one IMEI and a MEID - that is the same, just a figure less. Thank you very much!

                            why would you not put snapdragon gen 2 in this fone for god's sake it was well out by the time this phone was released

                              Anon321, 30 Nov 2023hows the battery of ultra 40?I've had this device since it dropped. And I must say the battery life is surprisingly good all day phone easily. I take it off charger at 5:00am And it will last until I get ready for bed at around 10 pm. And that's with pretty heavy use. Than again I'm on WiFi 90% of the time. I highly recommend this phone it was a great addition to my arsenal of phone's.
