Motorola Razr Fold leaks in official-looking images in two colors

Vlad, 05 January 2026

Mere hours ago we got word that Motorola is working on its first book-style foldable to be called Razr Fold, and now some official-looking press renders showing it have been leaked by Evan Blass, the legend also known as @evleaks.

As you can see from the images above and below, it borrows the design language from the upcoming Signature, but adds a hinge of course. And a foldable screen. And a cover display. And it will also have stylus support, just like the Signature, Motorola's upcoming mainstream flagship smartphone.

The company seems to be preparing two colorways for the Razr Fold, one black-ish and one white-ish, but they may get some fancy-sounding Pantone color names as is par for the course. Motorola has thankfully chosen to position the hole-punch for the selfie camera in the corner of the folding screen.

The Razr Fold is expected at some point later this year - maybe the April 23 date on screen has some significance? According to the leaked presentation from earlier today, the Razr Fold will bring "brilliant displays, intelligent AI, and an advanced, boundary-breaking camera system, setting a new standard for what's possible in a foldable device". Those are very big words. Let's wait and see if the actual device can deliver on all of those promises.

Imagine if they brought back one of the old 4LTR model names and it was the krzr 70 ultra or whatever

Very excatly like that.

I don't know or, frankly, should know - it's not my job. There are marketing people paid to do that. Anything else not Samsung-inspired. Pretty sure that English language has more words than only "Fold".
