It is easy to find the procedure online, hope this helps. I am with Fido Canada.

Hello all,
I have quite some issue that I've spent countless days trying to figure out. From I've seen on this thread many other people have been experiencing this issue.
Basically my Motorola "RAZR HD" Model: XT925 is unable to start up. It is stuck in a loop where the green charging light goes on, followed by a white screen that displays the "Rogers" Logo. Keep in mind that Rogers is a Canadian mobile service provider. After all of this the screen will go black the light stays green and it does it all over again.
I've looked for solutions online and basically the only thing that made sense which did not work was performing a hard reset.
Pressing and holding the power button along with the volume down button.
My question is if anyone else is experiencing this, also if you have found a solution.

i have been using it since 2 years.suddenly stopped working.on connecting usb cable showing green light,it showed a message that battery is ok but key locked.iam unable to switch on the phne.wat to do

After update on LP 5.0.2 battery lasts 2 days. Great phone :)

after update to 4.4.2 my Razr HD work perfect.

Upgrade to v4.4.2 results in tons of unwanted system messages per day on MTS RU network. Looks like there is no possibility to disable this option without root access. Rollback to 4.1.2 solves the issue.

J, 22 Nov 2014CAUTION: 4.4.2 Seeding in Canada I have 2 Moto XT925s. I... moreI upgraded from Jelly Bean (4.2.3) to Kit Kat (4.4.2) and it went without a hitch. Significantly better performance. Always do the backup before an upgrade like this though!!!
