Motorola RAZR MAXX headed to Europe, the Middle East in May

03 April, 2012

The Motorola RAZR MAXX has a special spot in our battery tests - the top. And while this was great, it was only US users who could enjoy its longevity. Well, not anymore - Motorola has officially announced that a GSM version of the MAXX is headed to Europe and the Middle East.

Moto plans to launch the RAZR MAXX in May in "select European markets and the Middle East". Hopefully, as the launch date nears, they will give more specific about which countries will get it.

The UK seems like a good bet with the press release coming from Moto's UK base, but beyond that it's anyone's guess.

Motorola had another announcement for us, too - the Motorola ATRIX 2 has launched in the UAE and 10 EA games will be available for it for free. The games are Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, Need for Speed Shift, Dead Space, EA SPORTS FIFA 10, THE GAME OF LIFE, MONOPOLY, The Sims 3, Tetris, Worms and Bejeweled 2. The ATRIX 2 is available from leading retailers in the UAE.
