    Mate... can't even be bothered to argue.

    I've got the phone and I know whats infront of me... had the v3x and I know what it could hold.

    Instead of gettingall this mis-info from the web why dont u just find someone with the handset and have a look urself.

    Right now I have 30 Dialled; 36 received and 24 missed... all equals 90.

      Most google searches only show a call record of 10 numbers as well...

        If yu look at the specs on the gsmarena website it will also tell you that it only remembers 10 numbers. Are the people here reporting more then 10 in Asia or Europe? I have heard that the ones in America have a higher capacity then 10 numbers. I went to the local phone shop and tested a few recent models of Motorola phones and they only recall 10 numbers each.

                Correction...

                I meant 29 Dialled;
                33 Received;
                26 Missed

                all equals 88.

                  @ stylinexpat...

                  Calm down mate... you being uninformed does not mean you should begin to get irate on the forum.

                  My v3x held 60 Received, 60 Dialled and 60 Missed.

                  My Razr Maxx currently has 88 altogether...
                  Dialled = 29;
                  Received = 33;
                  Missed = 28

                  And thats not even the maximum it can hold i'm sure cos only been using since last Saturday.

                  I think you should have done some research b4 you just came on here all bitter and stuff about nothing... seems to me it's your Nokia that let you down cos can only hold 60.

                  What u gonna say now?

                    All these new high end phones coming out by Motorola and yet the stupid thing can oly remember 10 missed and 10 received calls?? How much memory could it psiibly use to remember 20 or 30 calls per log section? What is with Motorola these days. A portable phone is usually used by people travelling or out on the run so most likely people are usually either dialling or receiving lots of calls. Would be nice of they get their acts together and raise the number from 10 per section to 30 or 40 numbers for each section of the dialled, missed and received calls rather then the current 10. My Nokia offers a total of 60 with 20 per section for Missed, dialled and received calls, that's double what Motorala offers their customers!

                        @ Dan @ fonetech.albaweb.net

                        Your wrong mate... despite copying and pasting what i wrote you still got it wrong.

                        It's not from 900/1800 to 2.5G.... 900/1800 IS 2.5G.

                        What needs to be changed in the BAND is From Automatic or WCDMA 2100 to 900/1800.

                        Automatic will first search for WCDMA 2100 which is your 3G frequency...if unavailable will then defalut to 2.5G which is 900/1800.

                        Don't get it twisted.

                              @ Sportback...

                              Go into your SETTINGS menu -
                              scroll down to NETWORK (the icon that looks like an antenna)...
                              go into NETWORK SETUP...
                              Change BAND to 900/1800 for 2.5G

                              That is how you do it... meanwhile... don't you have a manual? so easy to do mate... u should know already that your network settings are obviously found in NETWORK.

                              enjoy...

                                  The software is nearly the same as v3xx. The originally v3 was good but slow, this aint.
                                  It got the 3 fastest benchmark in the non os phones.

                                    How is this phone's software? Did they upgrade it or is it still as crappy as the V3's?

                                    Thanks y'all.

                                        Its a good overall phone which improves V3-series' weak spots - it has better battery, software and so on... and still ... if you have money to spend on phone i'd advice you to look nokia's N-series...
