The gold colour (D&G edition) is really pretty. I am trying to get hold of one but they are all sold out! Can't wait for 2 weeks for the new stock!!!

im gonna teach u guyz one and for all. For mp4 video clips, there are many "types" such as xvid divx and even avis. As there are many so called types, the one that V3i supports is mainly MP4-3gpp. Theres a converter, Imtoo 3gpp converter which u can download free.U can convert any types of file into 3gpp and watch it, the quality is not too bad, but the only setback is the small screen. Hope u guys enjoy watching, any more problems, just post here. And thanks for buying MOTOROLA =)

hi everyone... i've been through extensive research trying to decide which phone to select .. all kinds of different brands and models, but eventually i thought that this motorola has already captured my eye and the way it looks is just amazing so i guess i'm buying tonight... Great phone motorola

I just bought this phone yesterday and totally fell in love with it. It's very light and very slim. It's user-friendly and u can set ur message tone using mp3 but you'll have to copy it from the memory card first and paste it in ur phone. The mp3 sound output is of average quality but maybe it's becoz I'm using a 96kbps mp3 quality. I dun know if you increase the kbps it will sound better or not. Camera quality is average as well considering it's only 1.23 mega-pixel but that doesn't bother me coz i dun really use the camera. I'm more to the mp3 side. Overall, it's a nice phone and highly recommended to anyone. Hope this helps. Cheers....

does mpeg4 mean it can watch clips? because i jsut purchased one but when i drop clips into the phone, it doesnt show up in the phone, only on the mass storage device. if anyone knows how to load clips into the phone please let me know

can u plz tell me the lock code for the motorola v3i. its such a coll and sexy phone.one thing they can do is increase the memory capacity of v3 to 25 mb as they dont offer momery card option.

oh dear me! some people fail to read the user manual, although basic, it will answer some of these ridiculously simple questions! if you wish to have an mp3 as the ringtone you have to select copy, and then phone , when its on there all you have to do is selct set as ringtone, also for the people who complain about external memory, you can now get up to 1gb transflash card which i think will be enough for most people , and if you do want more storage for your music, get an ipod or zen micro, ! and pleeeease read the user manual!

I absolutely love this phone! Only downside is the camera - 1.27 megapixel - How dare you Motorola!
Setting an MP3 as a ringone is quite simple... use ur memory card as a storage device - load it in your pc - save the mp3 u want there... put the card back in the phone - turn on your phone - select "SOUNDS _ the go to the settings ofr hte sound section - and CHANGE STORAGE DEVICE - change it to the card - then copy the mp3 or move the mp3 to the phone thru the options there.... now it should show up when u select ur ringer...
