this phone only scores in the looks department , the software and user interface is really confusing and bad moreover one cannot download any new softwares . I exchaned my nokia 6630 for this v3i with my friend for only a day and can hardly wait for the day to get over , moreover if u guys r appreciating itz aluminium casing and all dont be so happy coz its only a month old and full of visible scratches . Well finally if u seek an advice go for a NOKIA or a SONY ERICSSON , u can get a much better deal for the money u spend

Motorola Razr V3 is the best in the world!!!I never had any problems with it!i think it is the best and I hope u would buy too, cuz i am telling u, it never does anything like freez or anything like that, so u sucker, don't u even try to say that it sucks!

I liked the look of this phone but after I read the comments about it, I got the impression that the V3i has looks-and thats it! Is it really that bad?

Just got my V3i! Love it, Came with all extras free, 512 flash card, itunes voucher data cable, leather case and bluetooth headset
Great phone, although downloading to phone is slow but I have an ipod so it doesn't worry me

I have been using the V3i for a month now, compared to Nokia it felt different, but I know it’s a matter of time before getting use to...
There are just a few things I just can't get used to
1. When sending SMS to a contact or multiple, after pressing "send to" the contact list is displayed, now as I have set multiple numbers under the same contact and them having multiple mobiles, what I end up getting is the same name with the mobile icon; say 3 times, i.e...

[] john [office icon]
[] john [home icon]
Now I have to tick the number i want to send to, how do I know which mobile is which, cause the nickname or the number is not showing.
2. iTap makes me speechless, irritated, frustrated..., I give 2 thumbs up to T9.
3. No default setting to turn on delivery report, it has to be done individually every time.
4. The camera: most manufacturers would just advertise their Mega Pixels. But is Digital Camera only all about MPs, I don't think so. I get real burnt pictures, and so embraced that I just don't use it, my bro got a Nokia 6230i comparatively Nokia got a much much better camera output.
5. Unlike other Phone manufactures, you don’t get Motorola software for free at all. The other day we download and install/upgrade the siemens firmware totally free.

just bought this phone and feel like i should return it immediately after reading all of the comments that were posted! this is my first motorola phone and if i get one fault on it im going right back to nokia's. i dont have time for frustration!

i've got a moto v3 black, absolutely love it, but would like a better camera so as the v3i has just been released in australia i'm going to go get it! i'm not too keen on the colour (superficial i know LOL) and was just wondering if anyone knows if it comes in black? or whether the v3 faceplates will fit the v3i? according to specs it does but if someone knows firsthand, that would be great.

The charger doesn't become sizzling hot.. please don't make it sounds so bad. V3i is a bit pricey for its functions. But if you consider the design and all (flat aluminium casing), it is not such a bad phone afterall.

think thousand times before buying v3i i swear motorazar is a very complicated phone . you cannot download any software in this phone like any other nokia phone . i just bought this cell yesterday any its features are too diffrent from other cell phone . you are given phone with itunes which dosent work at all you cannot download any itunes via data cable . you cant set ur wallpaper as background pic . razar is a cell which is made of fully cimplication so if u want a cell which works as slower as pentimium 1 u can .while charging charger get fully hot like sizzers . so do think thousand times before buying motorazar or any moto cell .

all motorazr lovers..listen to me!!! all who sayz that v3i isnt good sucks...v3i comes with a miniSD of 128mb...there are no problems in it.. as far as im using it for 2 n half monthss..V3x is a fone that sucks;it has incomplete software''weight is 128g while v3 n v3i is 95g.thatz all..

This is a good phone, however it doesn't have the option to "auto update" on the time and date for some reason, and it DOES NOT come with a memory card. So if you're exspecting to put itunes onto this phone, like I was, you won't be able to untill you purchase a $60+ memory card.... I'm kinda mad because I just returned my "SLVR" phone for this one, and the slvr had a built in card that held over 100 songs.

i got th v3i 2 weeks ago from Egypt, as soon as i got it, i discovered a serious problem, when i receive a call and press the answer button, 6 times out of 10 the software freezes. Went to the service center, and guess what, i found another customer with same model complaining about the same problem. Apparently - as the CS guy told us - the V3i comes with a software that has problems, he said no worries, they will download a new software to solve this problem. 2 days later, they told me they fixed the phone, and tried it and everything is cool, but when i used the phone, the problem remains. If you are considering buying this model, think twice before you do, apparently Moto is famous with it's messy softwares!!!!

i have this phone for less than a month then screen kaput. and phone was a bit buggy too before that. its under repair now and its been two weeks (no spare parts). i am in KL malaysia and the after sales service really SUCKS. if ur a nokia user, dont bother getting this phone. bad user interface. and reliability, as i know is suspect. stick with ur nokia. i will go back to nokia after i sell off this phone.

Does anyone know IF,HOW and WHERE i can get a reader for pdf on this phone. Desperate please someone help. I love this phone but need a ebook reader on it urgently.
