This phone is awful, i had it for 5 months, if you drop your phone from 4 inches off the ground it will probably crack the screen. If you crack the screen by the way the entire touch screen wont work, if you send it back to Motorola to fix it you'll be lucky to get it back in a month (took me 1.5 months) and if you go to a 3rd party to fix it it's 100-250$ to fix it, not only that but after fixing it 3 times and sinking all the money into it, it now doesn't turn on, and now no tech person can even figure it out. So do not get this phone!

Love the phone, it seems fast enough nice design, comfortable to hold. Only 2 complaints; First, My headphone plug quit after about 4 months, Warranty should cover this; second, There are no cases available for this phone, every other phone I can find multiple cases and skins for, but this thing, there's nothing. Apparently there's a pink one and a purple one available but nothing else and if you live in a rural area like I do, the only option if you want to change the look of your phone, buy a roll of decorative Duct Tape and put it on. It's the closest find.

I bought this phone in china and the system language in in chinese. i got a friend to change the language so i can use the phone for basic functions however the system language and the motorola market and some other apps are still in chinese. i was wondering if this phone comes in english? i have had this phone for 4 days and the language issue is starting to get on my nerves otherwise the phone is awesome in features, speed, camera, functions and style.

I've had it for 3 months. The phone is great for those who need a phone with good specs for daily use but is not ideal for the people who like to catch up with the latest technology. It is very cost efficient. I bought mine (Unlocked version) from a JB HI FI store in Melbourne CBD for 246 AUD on sale ( now it is 388 AUD at the same store).
The phone is easy to handle and I believe that the hump on the back helps to this.
Screen has a good quality and resolution.
Some guys told about the weakness of screen which I can't make a judgment now.
The Kevlar coating on the back and also the shape of the phone gives you a good feeling when holding it.
It looks like more classy than Samsung phones ( even sIII) with their simple plastic y shape.

NOT VERY DURABLE!
The phone is pretty solid spec. wise HOWEVER it is not durable. I agree with others having issues with the screen. My screen broke (spider crack) after 4 months and will cost over $150 to fix as "physical damage" is not under warranty even though I would hardly consider breaking while in my pocket to be "physical" damage as there was no significant impact or even forces. The phone does not have a stiff enough frame to be so thin which is what I believe caused the screen on my phone to break so prematurely.
Point is if you do get this phone, I highly suggest getting insurance that covers physical damage for the additional cost but I would not get this phone again.

My touch screen doesn't work in cold weather and is exremely difficult to use even inside. I absoluetely hate the "Dialer" as it won't erase the last number used especially if it is dialed outside. Sadly, the touch screen doesn't work as the erase key does not work outside making the phone unuseable in the great outdoors I absolutely hate this phone and wouldn't recommmend it to anyone. It is in fact dangerous, because if something happens in cold weather it is completely unuseable.

I absolutely love my razr v. It is amazing. Out performs my friends iphones by a long shot. Battery life is not the best but this phone rocks! I hope for 4.1 !

My phone broke after 2 months (wouldn't turn on despite charging for a day) and because warranty specified return to store only in first 30 days, I had to go through my carrier. In my case, it was Virgin, who gave me a loaner phone that was about 8 years old -- flip phone, no data capability, no keypad -- even though I had been promised a comparable phone. Virgin's response to my complaint -- "a phone is a phone, ma'am". Hmmm.... This is a real inconvenience. I would be interested to hear whether anyone else has had this issue with the Razr and it breaking after 2 months....?

Its not on par with s3 or iPhone 5 but neither is the price, this phone is hundreds of dollars less. The battery is just average and is not removable but the memory is expandable and call quality is good. All in all its a good phone.

Very good specs indeed. I'm with Wind Mobile and would definitively consider upgrading to a Razr device. To me, a good phone is one with a sturdy body and clear voice quality.
Unfortunately, now isn't a good time to upgrade as my current smartphone is only a year old. Hopefully within the next 2 to 3 years, Motorola will release the next version of this device with a stronger battery.
By then, Google Android 6 or 7 should be released.

I havent really used this phone much until today. Its used asa bell demo in my store. Its not a very popular piece of equiptment. Motorla makes an awesome device. Smart actions is a key feature. I recommend this phone to new comers in technology bc its a great way to discover new things

Hi, I got this mobile from windmobile and I adore this phone. Looks good, works good and sounds good. I like this peice for its sturdy heavy look, meant for big boyz. Only thing i cant send books in computer bluetooth and cant even open books in cool reader, which is easy in S3. Btry life 24 hrs not bad. I am happy with my phone.
