For those who want any about 4.1x you'll need to ROOT you phone then install TWRP on to you phone then install the new ROM through the TWRP.

Has anyone had any problems with the sound from the loudspeaker? my keeps cutting in and out unless i push in on it then it will work for a few hours then it will cut out again..otherwise not a horrible phone.

Check out this link. I watched this video more than 10 times before I did change the battery.
Battery I odered from Amazon. It comes with all parts that needed for this upgade. Now my battery last about 2 days. I also upgraded OS to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 long time ago. I wrote the note in this forum under the name NIK 88 about how to upgrade OS to jelly Bean.

mine's always laggy after using apps that access the internet like instagram or google chrome. it takes ages to return to the home screen or to load the menu. this frustrates me to no end. is it just me?

Savvy, 06 Nov 2013Razar Maxx has 3300 battery not XT910Yes RAZR XT910 has battery installed 1750 mah. But you can buy upgrade kit to change battery to 3300. mah. I already upgraded my battery to 3300. It works fine. I bought the battery upgrade kit from Amazon US.

I have the xt885. The best phone I hsve ever had. Broke the screen last night. I would replace it but I have heard the new razor isn't as good or available through Virgin Mobile.
