maja, 24 Sep 2013My motorola is geting slow. Pls helpTry un-installing some of the last apps you installed. Or try a cleaning app like Clean master.
If it doesn't work you can try deleting the cache manually (http://forums.androidcentral.com/droid-razr-maxx/212407-how-clear-your-cache-stock.html) or do a factory reset and only install apps you need. Of the latest apps you got, try installing them one by one.

i just buy new origanal motorola razr xt910. After 2 weeks my phone hang and i cannot use it. The problem is the phone cannot be touch or sleep. If sleep it will shutdown and cannot be open again

Wait till sim card is dry. Push card in slot . Push out again. Do push in and out about 3 times. Then turn on the phone.
Sometimes sim card itself has problem. The oprrator can give you new card with the same number. I change my card about 3 moths ago. Due the same problem you are facing.

I wrote long time ago how to upgrade to 4.1.2. Search on this forum, if you have not upgrade.

Leave it on at least 30 mi... morehappened to a maybe 2x since 2 years ago, after trying to power on the device after connecting the charger for >2 hours and to no avail, decided to remove the sd card, then connect charger, after a few minutes charging, tried to power on and it did, 2nd time it happened, just removed the sd card and recovered :D

Gets hung up every now and then. Once locked out / hung up, re-starting is a very serious torture, since battery removal is not possible. Talk time is very low due to fast draining out of the battery

[deleted post]I bought 3300 mah batter from US. I went there in July. Someone said Ambassador Mall may have battery. There is a store that sell accessories for Moto. I do not know have exact address. Try and let me know so I can pass to another friends

Try this. Plug in power supply. Leave it on at least 30 min. Power supply still on, press volume up volume down and power on 3 button at the same time. If you see command pop up choose clean up catch. By using power up or volume down then press power on for ok. After cleaning catch then select restart. Your phone should restart but all data all apps will be wiped out.
If this procedure do not help to reboot your phone then it is hardware is a big problem e

AnonD-170971, 31 Jul 2013razr is a gud phone, its fast stable and never get laggy...... moreyes, I have those blotches too and yes, all AMOLED display shares the same problem but with varying degrees. I had Lumia 800 back then and I can see the blotches in the dark but it was not that noticeable as in RAZR. IMHO, RAZR's display isn't that good in dark as you can also see black appear greenish.

for those who have problems with the other party not being able to hear your voice, look closely at the bottom of your phone. particularty between the home and settings icon. see that small hole, that's the mic. just make sure that you don't cover it with screen protector. hope this helps.. :)
