lol, 19 Mar 2013liar! i dont really think you own this phone.. youre a moto... moreno way man razr maxx made me moto fan. i am waiting for them to release nexus. actually i ordered moto razr maxx by mistake i got xt910 which i accepted after 170$ return and 30$ compensation.
trust me after updating to ICS and killing most of bloats in background it doesnt work smooth on heavy games. Wifi death grip issue makes you wanna throw this phone.
Not a good phone for 300$.

I guess you are talking about a differe... moreguys trust me. dont waste you money. amoled screens have short life. its screen is a bit dull poor in sunlight if you use Auto brightness adjustment. wifi death grip issue is too bad. if you go 15 feet away from wifi device it becomes really weak.
Bloatware are pain in the butt so i am planning to root it. i bought it for 330$ so if you are getting it for 250$ its okay price.
otherwise go for some other phone :)

I have been using it close to an year and i know for sure, display is great including in sunlight (make sure you set the display to auto brightness), Battery is great (With 3G ON, all phones run dry soon anyway), Wifi reception is average (I agree).

i read a lot about this phone and found out that its common issues are:
-size a bit large for a 4.3 screen
-touch screen issues while charging
-screen black marks visible in in the dark
-wifi signal a bit weaker than usual
-choppy pinch zooming in gallery
any other issues that i should know of before buying this phone?

really a great phone..camera is excellent..n h.d video is fantastic..there is no problem for past one year thanks to motorolla...

really a great phone.I am using since last one year but I had'nt found any kind of complaintand not in ics.it's work so smoothly and run so fast.Thanks to Motorola.

newbie, 09 Mar 2013hi everyone, I just got a new RAZR yesterday and updated it... moreDear do not update it to ics like u i was thinking to update it n i have done it also now my phone signals get week ,it just hanging up also.Now i am waiting for jelly beans. Just stick up with GB.till jelly beans update......Take care

hi everyone, I just got a new RAZR yesterday and updated it to GB 2.3.6. Since then, I got a notification about ICS update version 673.94.328.en.03. Should I upgrade to ICS? I have read all over the net people complain about lags and there's no way to downgrade it back to GB.

After flash if stuck in bootloop press vol up and vol down plus power together and hold them in together. then go to recovery and wipe cache and delete and reset then restart and you ok.

Flash the one retail and British. close to the bottom of the page. Download the latest RSD Lite and drivers. Make sure your battery is 100 persent. Flash it with phone in fastboot mode by holding volume up and down in then power button. Always first reset phone before flashing and after again. You must also enable USB Debug , find it under developers on phone settings. Good Luck

Idk why will the update be available for specific countries and the others won't as there's already a leaked JB update(for some eu regions) and Motorola confirmed that it would be available. :(
Anyway I would try roms when I fed up with ICS :)
btw there's a way to install the leaked official JB but you have to root your razr first.
