And... moreThe phone is too good. Flipkart is selling the Dec2011 model for 22,000 INR along with a Motorola HDMI cable.
I personally love the phone and will buy it trusting Google to revive Moto

Hi guys! I'm keen on buying this one. But most of the stock that is available here in India is of Dec 2011. Will this old stock of Dec 2011 be bad? Will the battery of a Dec 2011 phone be as good as new?

Neneng B, 11 Oct 2012yes..i just updated mine yesterday...what i can say is that... morei just fixed my issue regarding my ics update..just so you know, i just received te OTA updated to upgrade my os to ics couple of days ago and it somewhat screwed up my phone..left my house to go work with my phone fully charged..15 mins passed its already down to 80% and after 6hrs with minimun usage it went dead..also,i wasn't able to play music on my phone and view my pictures and vids..gallery doesnt respond anymore..its lagging really bad and its very hot..i did a couple of soft reset on my phone(lock + volume down) but it didnt help..so what i did is backed up my files and did a complete factory reset on my phone,.and it resolved my issue..phone never goes hot,battery lasts 12hrs with moderate usage.and the best thing is,it doesnt have any lag...it is very smooth now navigating my phone..im actually happy with what happened..no regrets doing a factory reset.. :) it might work with you guys having some issues with the update..just dont forget to back up your files :)

People who imported it...has software unlocked it and if u update it to other software versions then it will be country locked. So ots better u use custom roms frm xda and avoid official updates. This happened to me as i bought an android phn from Gadget &Gear from Bashindhara City.

I am using motorola xt910. I got ICS update SMS but my country list is not given in their list they provided. I am living in Bangladesh(Asia pasific country). So, if I update my phone to ICS then can it damage my phone or can i face problem to use it? plz help.......

Fantastic after ICS update. No any battary problem after update. I can read many comments saying battery drains after ICS update. Battery life is better than before. To get the better battery life, use the SMARTACTION's 'battery extender' preset. It will switch off the culprit who kills the battery life while the phone is on idle. That is the Background sync as I guess.

Boypickup, 08 Oct 2012Hi guys just wanna ask if there will be an ics update for r... moreyes..i just updated mine yesterday...what i can say is that,its a 50/50 update for me,50% good,50% bad..my phone went fast overall,but since i updated my phone to ics,its getting incredebly hot,my battery drains alot faster(before my phone lasts a day atmost,when i upgraded to ics,it died after 6hrs,with minumum use!)cant open my photos,vids and musics..given the choice which os to use,ics or gb,definitely stay with gb...:)
