please why does the battery keep having p0roblems when you want to charge then a question mark appears in the battery signal. also why doesn't it has a radio and lastly why cant you set any music from your memory card as your ringtone. need your reply very urgently, thank you.

Hi i was manupulating my %MOTOROLA RAZR phone and suddenly i pressed ENCRIPT , and ever since then it has been just lighting when battery is full, and gets off when battery is down, PLEASE HELP

My Motorola RAZR XT910 is acting up, each time I make/receive a call, the network jumps off for about 1-2 minutes and continue jumping on and off for as long as the phone is on, I did a factory data reset and yet still it is the same problem that I am having, need some help with this issue pls
