Wreck, 19 May 2012It gets connected but the problem is I am unable to Surf In... moreYour problem seem tricky.
1. Your cell can connect to the router but can't access internet.
2. Your cell can connect to other routers & access internet.
3. No problems with other devices connect to the 1st router and surf the internet.
I'm not certain if there is any settings in the router GUI to restrict your cell from accessing to the internet. Meaning, u still can connect to the router to access other devices within the network but not the internet.

forget samsung galaxy or htc one xl or ... , don't even think about'em . razr xt910 , will gonna kill them all ! it's a real thing and they're just toys !

AnonD-55089, 16 May 2012Help.. while using the phone it powered itself off and now ... morepop the back cover off and remove the battery with a t5 torx screwdriver and reattach it... it'll power up.

Other Routers are working fine with this handset and the same router is also working with my brothers SII and my IPad. But the problem I am facing is only with my Razr.

My local Carphonewarehouse store only has ONE RAZR XT910 on display, and that is at the back of the store where nobody can see it. When I tried to use it I found that it was turned OFF!
I know CPW get their profits from selling the likes of Apple and Samsung phones, but Motorola doesn't even get a look in!

Motorola literally does no advertising! I didn't even know it was available in my country until I walked into a random store and saw it on display.
The only time I ever see their phones being advertised is when a US carrier is selling them and those commercials haven't been on since the Razr was newly released, and it didn't even show how good the phone was. It just had a bunch of action movie crap.
Motorola needs to learn from Samsung...no better yet learn from Apple. They are the only ones that ones that have commercials that show of what their phone can do.
I'm not saying for them 2 advertise in each country, just show off their phone in a few commercials on international stations that will likely been seen globally.

Help.. while using the phone it powered itself off and now it will not turn on. the battery was at 70%. When i plug in the charger, nothing happens. i connected it to my laptop and a white light comes on in the top rhs corner. what can the problem be....

unable to play certain games like GT racing and others after updated to 2.3.6 can anybody help?it was alright when first came with 2.3.4 all games can play

I have no problem with my Asus RT-N56U router using WAP2-PSK encryption.

my phone sometimes get heated while i use it??

Hey I am unable to connect the handset to a D'Link Wi-Fi Router. I tried changing the Security from WEP to WAP2 PSK and formatted the handset, but it did not helped. My I-pad is working fine with the same router.

nitin, 13 May 2012All of a sudden my display is not working. Can anyone tell ... moreTry Hard Reset in the handset with below mentioned steps:
1.) Power off the handset.
2.) Press Down Volume Key+Power Key (until the display flashes a green line).
3.) Realese both the Keys.
4.) Press Down Volume+Above Volume Key.
5.) It will show a Boot Mode Selection Window.
6.) Use Down Volume Key to select Recovery and Press above Volume Key.
7.) Display will show Motorola “M” logo.
8.) Press down Volume Key+Above Volume Key when a yellow exclamation mark with Android logo appears on the screen.
9.) It will show Android System Recovery Mode
10.) Use down Volume key to select Wipe Data/Factory Reset option.
11.) Press Power Key to confirm.
12.) Press the Volume down key to select Yes -- delete all user data.
13.) Press the Power button.
14.) Ensure reboot system now is selected then press the Power button.
