after updated my razr to the latest gingerbread 2.3.6, i couldn't find the option to enable the phone security (patern, password enabled etc). can someone help me with this issue? thank you.

Some configuration set must be reviewed in the router wi-fi setting and problem is solved. In my case, not by now as I don't have a Linksys router.

Hello Colleagues,
I'm intending to get a RAZR XT910 but I had read some forums' posts about issues related to wi-fi reception, mainly poor connection and also it needs to be nearest to the router to be connected otherwise, signal is lost. Is there someone that had had this kind of issues?

Ronald, 17 Apr 2012Anyone facing SMS issue in Razr???Guys..
Even i am using Razr from last few months.. Off late (for abt a couple of months) even i am facing issues. Able to send sms.. But not receiving any. A few weeks earlier it was like i used to get the same sms abt 8 - 9 times.. Now everything just stopped. Only once in a while, i get an sms.
I was using Vodafone connection. Now for a week i am using Idea connection. Now i am not facing any issues with the Idea SIM.. when i switch back to Voda, the issue is still there.

Ronald, 18 Apr 2012I am unable to recieve messages in this handset, since 2.3.... morei had earlier posted about an issue with recieving sms on my razr . i changed the sim card. ( another service provider , vodafone to aircel chennai ) . now i dont face any issue with recieving sms on my razr !!!! . and the vodafone sim is also working fine in another phone !!!! .

mal, 06 Apr 2012hi frnds... at last i decided to buy mot rzr xt910. but i ... moremicro sim just like sim for iphone 4 only...and the battery life is good thEN samsung s2...trust me...can last more then a day!

hi all!!! i am a gadget freaks!!!...one words can said for the motorola razr xt910 is AMAZING product! LOVE THIS PHONE!!! slim,stylist, elegant, fast processor, power grafik, good camera, good battery life time and many more if compare with samsung s2 aka clon king of apple iphone 4....!!!
note : i use almost few month plus about this phone and dont have any issue about receive msg or short battery life time or wifi not strong or this or that... just buy a original product only...if have warranty..just send to warranty first...or DIY reset/hard reset or format the device. tq!

I have had this phone for about a month now, having previously owned a Galaxy S2 (dubious water damage claim after it stopped working, but that's another story.....).
It gets more positive comments from other people than the s2 did, it looks good and feels good.
Almost identical in every respect apart from a few significant points which are starting to frustrate me (probably says more about me than the phone :-)).
The camera is not as good as the s2, in low light the flash is very necessary and even then photos are often blurred. All round the camera is a little disappointing.
The WiFi reception is noticeably the poorest I have yet had on a smart phone (and I have had a few).
Why with a better? processor than the s2 are the photos in the gallery not smooth to look at, step changes in size.
Really a very good phone if I hadn't previously owned an s2. I will almost certainly move to the s3 when it arrives.
