Moto Droid Maxx has the same size of battery except it is thicker. You also need to change back cover, Again use Droid Maxx cover, matter is when the parts will be availe.

    Droid Razr and Droid Maxx are the same hardware but Maxx has thicker Battery (3300).

    So look at video from this link. It show you how to open back cover of Razr. I am also waiting for parts

          I got this phone a week back...and its really amazing.
          just one issue is the battery backup...i am little kind of pinched with that otherwise great mobile...is there any way to upgrade the battery or have to live with it

            Been using this phone for a week now and over all its a nice phone packed with features.
            Pros.
            . Very good visibility under the sun.
            . Very good GPS as compared to others. Locks immediately.
            . Very responsive.
            . Plays hd videos very well.
            . Moto cast is brilliant.
            . Brilliant camera.
            . Andvery good call quality.
            . Powerful signal reception.

            Cons.
            . bigger than regular 4.3 phones.
            . Black splotches on black screen. Doesn't impact the display though.
            . lose power Button.
            . Don't get full wifi signal even when the router is next to me.
            . Average battery life even with 1780 mAh battery.


            Over all I am happy with the product.

              ANYone knows that can we put regular simcard in this phone ?

              great phone and i was like OMF what the H.. , price is so much cheap with all this features and design , i will buy this for my GF, and she likes motorola brands , when google bought this company motorola has samsung display and now it is comparable with samsung phone , but before display was poor .

                        EA, 27 Mar 2012Internal Memory NOT 16GB...only 8GB and BATTERY non-removab... moreInternal memory is 16GB where you have accesss to 8GB. The other half is reserved for the OS and applications, 4 GB each.

                        Battery is considered non-removable, but can be removed by using a simple watch-opening tool, or any thin - but dull - blade like object. Not something for your everyday use, but if the battery gets worn out etc. Voids warranty if you do it yourself.

                          what about the battery life? i had samsung galaxy ace and it's battery is juicy , i can't even use it continuous 2-3 hr.... nd use randomly also for 1 day it's finished the charge. i like this phone but i need to know about battery very badly so any body using this phone plsssss...

                                  Does anybody knows if it's OS can be upgraded to the ICS? I'm in doubt between this one and the Galaxy Nexus...

                                  If yes, I hope that the battery life increase a little more... The Nexus needs a power station to stay up and running...

                                      i cant really decide whether to buy this or the sony xperia s ...i really want this phone but the specs in the xperia s are very good and in Egypt the xperia s is cheaper than razr xt910??...
