The best android I have ever used so far. It is fast, the signal strength is very good. Email download is very fast. Battery life also is better. This is in comparison to Samsung SII which I was using previously.

I've had my RAZR for over a week now and I am impressed! Easy to use, unbelievable screen, battery life is quite reasonable, amazingly thin.
Don't care what you critics say - it is an awesome phone!

I bought this phone a few days back and of course it shows 50%+ drain by android OS but I still think it beats galaxy SII and the note which my brother has. With normal use, galaxy SII drains out i around 18 hrs
RAZR on the other hand can give me a full day's usage

A recent report in connection to the Motorola
Droid Razr offering of Verizon (NYSE:VZ) showed
that the device has become the favorite Android-
powered smartphone from Motorola (NYSE:MMI)
of the service provider. The report quoted a
spokesman from Verizon which revealed that the November advertising campaign of Verizon is
reportedly for the Motorola Droid Razr. This comes as the Motorola Droid Razr is set to
face two new Android-powered smartphones,
the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and the HTC Rezound.
Aside from these Android smartphones, the
iPhone 4S of Apple will also give the Motorola
Droid Razr some competition in the smartphone market. The Motorola Droid Razr has been selected as
among the best Android-powered smartphones
in the market today. However some observers
noted that some of the issues that have affected
this Motorola smartphone are reportedly some of
the features found on the rivals of the device. The reviews have highlighted the slim design of
the device along with its battery life. But some
observers have noted that the display quality of
the Motorola Droid Razr was reportedly sacrificed
in order to make the device slimmer. On the other hand, other reviews have indicated
that the display screen of the device was good
enough for the design of the Motorola Droid Razr
while its battery life was remarkable. The black
Kevlar coating of the device along with its slim
design was also elegant. Another review revealed that the battery life of
the Motorola Droid Razr was insufficient since it
reportedly did not do well in a number of battery
life tests. In comparison, the battery life of the
Samsung Galaxy S2 was better. A number of other reviews have indicated that
the battery life of the device was decent enough
and was better compared to that of the Motorola
Droid Bionic. The battery life of the Motorola Droid
Razr will reportedly be extended with the Smart
Actions app of Motorola. Despite these reviews on the battery life of the
Motorola Droid Razr, some reviewers have
indicated that the device can hold its ground
against the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S2 and the
recently-released iPhone 4S of Apple
(NASDAQ:AAPL).

All this people are try to lie about the battery on the Razr have never use this phone. More than 5 review says that the battery is very good.
Read this one:
Smart Actions feature: Motorola's been really
pushing the Droid RAZR as a battery life preserver
that promises up to 30 percent more power (est.
12.5 hrs of talk time). The handset does manage to
hold stronger charges thanks to Moto's new Smart
Actions application. The automated program allows users to squeeze every ounce of juice from
the battery by creating triggers and setting actions
on the phone to execute at specific times. For
instance, you can send out notifications for
charging and battery levels, designate the phone
to lower screen brightness, or put it to sleep at particular hours. It's also capable of decreasing
processor speed and slowing down data when
the battery is near depletion. Even though we
managed a standard eight hours on heavy use, the
software did come in handy, and serves as a
stepping stone for the future of mobile battery utilities.

Below is cut and past from above site.
I recently upgraded to GB and ever since my battery has been getting completely drained very quickly. When I look at the Battery Usage stats, I have the following:
Android OS: 85%
Display: 10%
Launcher Pro: 3%
Phone Idle: 2%
Cell Standby: 2%
Besides the fact that the percentages don't add up to 100%, I have never seen the Android OS be so high in battery usage. When I click on Android OS for further detail, it says CPU Total = 1h 15m 35s. My phone was fully charged and I have only been on battery 1h 42m 0s. If these stats are correct, that means the Android system has been using my CPU for almost the whole time my phone has been on. What would cause this? Its very frustrating that I am down to 50% battery after only having my phone on for less than 2 hours. In the time my phone has been on, I haven't done any processor intensive task like web browsing and have not run any apps at all other than Gmail.

The Battery on RAZR has a big problem. IT does drain very fast. Charge the phone fully and in like 2 hours no use go down by 20%. It does say about 79% used by Android OS which my Samsung Galaxy S2 say only 6%.
That is a big problem. Can not even get a half day use out of this phone. Beside the Battery problem I do prefer this phone over Samsung Galaxy S if the Battery problem is fix.
