For me, missing features are NFC, WiFi-Direct and probably HTC Sense 3.5 UI to be a perfect gadget. Nothing else is missing.

Don't get me wrong, the phones are good, but MOTO-s non US support s*cks!!

TI-OMAP 4430 is upto 1Ghz. So, 1.2 is overclocked? please check at TI omap website.
samsung galaxy nexus uses TI-OMAP 4460. So, it can be oveclocked upto 1.5Ghz?

Simple Droid Razr USA gain some more 16GB Memory, while the Razr EUROPE got Unclock bootloader.

Tried a rep's demonstrator handset today in Australia - very promising but still has that little bit of Motorola half-baked about it (insistence on separate micro HDMI for use with their horrendous 'lapdocks'). Best thing they've done for a while though...
