the rizr is smaller then the d807 james? it cant be! it is longer and thicker the it!

Wow, this mobile rules. I think it's the best phone from Motorola ever. Now i have V235, but I'm planning to buy this one, or few others. It's great. Till now i wanted to buy V3x, but this phone made me change my mind.

I just learned two huge points that convinced me it's time to get this phone.

I have this phone and it is a great little bugger. Small slim slider that has class. The UI is just like my wifes K1.(cant wait for the Linux-Java) And the clock issue is not an issue. When the phone goes to idel the time is not displayed. This is normal. I guess SE users are used to this feature. From what I read the L6 dosent have this either. Might be a good idea Moto to get this in there. Other than that I love this phone. Never really a fan of Samsung, dont like the all black plastic.

Well i've had this phone for about 3 hours now, and it wasn't until I was surfing the reviews that i realized there is no time or icons displayed on the phone.
Anyone hear of a solution yet.
Otherwise I like the slider function and how small it is.

I have only had this phone for a few hours now but when i intially opened it realized this phone is small.. i have had the Samsung D807 and the rizr is maybe half the size... it has a real nice feel to it... the camera is awesome... i have always used motorola and i am not disappointed with this phone at all... way to go motorola... hopefully cingular will get the idea and take this phone onto their lineup... i would love to be able to sell it

The phone was not meant to be thrown on the toilet my friend. And if the shop acepts no liability, then they are right. USE it but do not abuse it. Not a bad phone!

ha, haha, hahaha...this is one of the funnniest reasons i've seen ppl complaining about a product (assuming it means dropping it into the WC):
"I really dont like this phone... like they say that its hi tech and all...but wtv i bought it friday and its already broken just because i dropped it in the toilet....like omg im so pissed off and the company dont even want to give me my money back!!"
dear dear friend, lets not talk about something which you purchased, but lets say if someone accidentally dropped an expensive gift into the toilet before giving it to you. Would you even dreamt of using it, especially when there's physical contact (like touching and putting it on your face)?????????????

anyone1 who has this phone; how much does the battery lasts??? Could u say with a normal use about 3 days?

This phone does look good but im worried about the screen resolution. Ive been considering this phone and the nokia 6288 anyone have any experience with the two?

The design is just amazing..very small compared to other slide phones. I think this is the best phone motorola has made as of yet.

does anyone know how to listen to mp3 using the
phone? i'm from singapore, and over here the set doesnt even come with a pair of earphones, so im wondering if its possible that i could connect earphones thru the usb port in the phone?

it couldnt be that bad that you had to clear your inbox and outbox twice a day... my old old old old samsung had less that 1mb of internal memory, and i could still fit a lot of messages on it.
