i perfectly know that we can install external softwares.
but the problem is they r made for non-touch screen fones.
& 4 eg..,
in some softwares it shows 'accept' on d down left side and'exit' in down right side.
how to press them??
if dis fone contain buttons lyk W960i,that would be a boon.
im saying that we can put and get stared wid those softwares but we cannot use them wid ease.
this whole passage myt not communicative.But did u get my point?

how'd u put 75 icons?? its showing 41% for juz 29 icons 4 me in memory status.

LKY, 10 Mar 2009i bought this one in oct 07, been using it for the past 15 ... moredude i too faced dis problem.
but not so many tyms.. maybe 5-6 tyms in a period of 10 months.
do u know d reason behind this heck??
sumtyms i put my frnd's sim card..but only for 5mins or so..not dan dat.
and, sumtyms that bloody "screen3" appears suddenly.
how is dis possible??

i tr... morejuz go into the folder and click on the menu present in it.
den click on the 'folder setup'
den put a tick on the 'Protected by lock code?' and tpye the correct passcode which u kept to lock the fone in SETUP which is in the main menu.
okay?? ny doubts?

If U have abilty to hold the camera without shaking at the time when U click pics then U can really get good results with this phone.... have a look at my blogspot... all the pics are clicked with MOTO ROKR E6.......(click below)

who said that u can not download external themes and softwares... Its a Linux based phone... I bought it 1 year ago and till then I never found any other phone having better operating system than this one.... any kind of software can be easily installed on this phone .... even U can modify it on www.modmymoto.com. I've installed mini excel, folder hiding software, and diff kinds of music players with equalisers for better sound quality. Picture quality is much better than nokia's 2 MPX Cams... and I love its menu style having more than 75 icons (in my phone) and perfect shortcuts to reach anywhere in that huge menu... Ifound only 2 disadvantages 1)- No Flash 2)- Slow Browser.. otherwise phone is best in its price Range... performance is good (never hangs unlike nokia), desighn is good (with a quite costly body), and its a music phone so U can easily connect it with woofers , and also good camera phone .... simply worth buying...

This is the worst set doesn't have any flash light for camera ,no secondary camera,can't download any external software,and any other extwernal themes.
i will give all of u suggestion for going for nokia 5610........

i bought this one in oct 07, been using it for the past 15 months. i loveD this phone however i been experience some problems since i come back from my trip to asia in march 08. I was using this phone in Hong Kong and Thailand with the local sim cards from there with no problem. But ever since I came back to New York, and use this phone under Tmobile again, the problem start to comes... It just keep restarting by itself non stop somehow. It will restart when I was playing game, using the internet, talking on the phone or simply not touch it at all. I tried to upgrade the firmware (which ended up erased all info lol) but it still not helping much
For $300 and could only use it with no problem for 4 months then rest was just headache, that is certainly pain in the butt! Other than that, everything is great, but whats the point to keep using this phone when it keep restarting while you are having a conversation anyway

i installed an official upadte and keep the english menu.
all other language are mods

Bought the Rokr about two weeks ago, when trying to switch the language to Spanish, found out that the phone only comes with English and Chinese languages only. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting software to have Spanish language in the phone?

jai, 23 Feb 2009Hi is there is any option for enable the call waiting?i just got the phone last week and call waiting did not work-called at&t and they suggested sending the phone back-not an option! i love it-i got the technician to send the software to my phone with the at&t settings and made sure all profiles matched and the tech was able to fix the call waiting issue...some of the menus are a little tricky at first-keep working at it
