hi all
i just bought E6 last night after reading atleast 1000 reviews on dis phone..i m crazy about cel phones..earlier i used sony ericsson k510i,k550i and w580i....n now i have E6...i was playing wid dis phone til last night.
though yet i dnt know much about al d features n its usage but dis seem 2 b a gud phone..n its camera is quiet decent..and everything seems 2 b fine
i m a regular user of net on my cel..so i get my gprs plan activated on dis cel as well...everything is working fine but when i open cricinfo.com or mobile9.com it is not showing anything..it is showing just a blank page or DENIED mesage..
could anyone plzzz help me y is dis happening and 1 more thing i m not able to play YOUTUBE videos on dis phone from youtube.com(earlier i was able to play on k550i very well)...when i choose PLAY VIDEO,the real player gets opened n it shows d error dat DIS MEDIA TYPE NOT SUPPORTED
plzzzzzzzzzzz could anyone help for dese 2 issues
any help wil be appreciated

tejj, 27 Oct 2008what is call manager Mr.Parag? i never saw it!An application by the name of M-Secure, I guess. Allows you to filter out calls and sms by blacklisting them and white-listing them. You can block unwanted caller numbers from reaching you. Latest version 1.4, i think. Similar to Advanced Call Manager you find on Nokia E71, but works without a hitch. My friend has a E71 and the call manager on that was not functioning properly.

Didn't find any major problems except the power indicator which shows correct power level only when its connected to charger cable.

bala, 16 Oct 2008i bought rokr e6 last week i need know what kind of softwar... moreYes Bala, you can install more players in addition to the default RPlayer. Currently I have Rockbox, Winamp (eXMMS two versions), and the new real player ported from the Moto Ming A1600 installed on my E6 in addition to the default RPlayer. Believe me, the sound when playing through the Winamp is equal to what you get when playing mp3 songs on Winamp on PC, with working equalizers that are customizable. In terms of music quality, Motor Rokr E6 absolutely rocks. Nothing else can even hold a candle to it.
If you visit motorolafans, you will be amazed to learn the amount of modified firmwares (called monsterpacks) available to customize your phone. I personally have tried 5 different types, installed by myself, which is called as flashing your phone, the same thing the guys do at the service center, when you want to upgrade your firmware. After doing that, I have installed so many PKG applications that are also available on motorolafans. To name just a few, a touchscreen scientific calculator (really rocks), screen lock, iPhone style, call manager to block unwanted callers and sms, power manager (restarts and shuts down ur phone just like u would on ur laptop or PC), ecap (utility to take screenshots, similar to PrintScrn on PC), a tab manager whereby u can add custom tabs to organize your applications better, etc. Will also be downloading some more and trying them out.
Thanks to people like aksd, konig, amit, angrymachine, workingman, nikhil, kiran (only a few names amongst many, just as an example), etc on mootorolafans, the motorokr E6 gets transformed into the best phone available on the market. It might not be an all in one device like N96 or Innov8 etc, but in this price range and with the features and quality and the amount of customization, nothing can beat the Rokr E6 or similar platform fones like the Ming, etc.

first you open phonebook ,choose the person you want to insert imagine and then open the edit , then you looking for Photo, click browse to chose the imagine you want to appear ,then click insert ,then done , that's all.
