Hi there! i really love this E6 but i bought it oversea's in Thailand last summer and i STILL cannot get the internet to work on the phone. The internet worked over in Thailand...The IPS on there are all from Thailand. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!

Its a good phone with smart features. But the video play limited to 13 frames, so the video is not continuous like in 24/30 frmaes supported phones. It supports both 3gp and mpeg4 need to encode in 13frames then only we can play 3gp or mpeg4 video clips under real player.

1. Go to message screen.
2. Select “Service Setup” from the options using the button on the left bottom screen.
3. Select “Info Service” option.
4. Turn the service on.
5. Go to “Active Channels” option.
6. Select “Delete Channel” option using the button on the left bottom screen and delete existing channel.
7. Select “Add Channel” option.
8. Type 50 and add the channel (Channel: 50).
9. Save and exit.
10. You got the Cell Info on your ROKR E6 working now!

Can a one u phone Gods tell mi how to have WINAMP instaled on my phone. I got some infomation on how but not sure howto get in the "registery text from domain: Manufacturer by going in the Java folder under the system folder in transflash" is it from the computer or from the phone u would be able to change can someone assist the application looks really cool for the E6.

hey guys!!
I Love my Moto Rokr E6. For 8 months of using it, it has been great until recently. I think I have some kind of virus on it. The memory card show that it has like 85MB used space and 35MB free space. But guess what..I have nothing on it. I completely erased all my songs or pictures! Can anyone tell me how to resolve this? Thanks!!

i love this phone but my only problem is it can't play mpeg4 videos only 3gp. when reading the phone specification it said it plays mpeg4 videos. so i would like to know why because 3gp quality is not so pretty

I used to have this phone and it's really a cool little phone with cool features for its price. All they need to do now is upgrade the screen size to 3.0 inches, increase the megapixels to 3.15 w/ video recording of 30fps, give it an internal memory of at least 6gb, and add tactile feedback to its touchscreen, and this phone can compete with any high end phones out there, and I think it would do really well for it's performing quite well right now w/ its humble features. I will not hesitate to replace my N95 with this phone if they do those suggested improvements.

Some ppl complaining about the phone's side lock button. Their phone's side lock button broken and having trouble while carrying this ph in pocket. Here is a download link for software keylock. Hope this will help them to get rid of this prob.

after owning this phone for about a year now,I'm still in love with it. It took all of 5 minutes to set up w/ help from modmymoto.com and google it was going to the web for $6 a month. My BF just got a centro (he said it's better then the E6)He spent two hrs trying to get it to get web access and I spent two hrs hunting down the tmo settings for it. Found them but it still doesn't like his mail =(. The e6 is still irreplaceable in my eyes. Its full of features, affordable, small, and compatible oh yeah web is faster then any blackberry. So if you think you want this phone just buy it. Its worth having.

for my rokr i installed a divx player, i just resize my avi to fit the screen. i just use real player for listening music with my S805 bt stereo headsets. just great event the signal is not that good outdoor. after a year using it, i just like this unperfect phone that just fit my needs. just a little bit too slow for gba emu and no wifi. but at that price i can't ask for more.

@xavier - that was helpful thanks a lot... but the phone gives an error "Media parameter exceeds allowed limit"... how can v rectify this or what video's shd we download so that we dont get the above error
