Wow, thanks for the info Kay. How do i go about upgrading the software for better reception? i went into msg settings, and i only saw "store to phone" and "store to sim card" i guess i'll hav 2 live with it.

To Smithesh, try using p2k commander from this site http://www.e398.com . U can use that program to delete common files such as stock pics, ringtones from the phone.

Fresh, i agree with u on the flaws that the phone has in yur opinion, but what i do love about motorola is the ability to enhance ur phone, u can boost (increase) the volume on your handset as well update the software to have better reception, i have only inhance the volume and skins tus far, i'm working on sum other things as well

Nick it can expand up to 2gb, but it slows down the phone when accessing media files.

Fresh, try going to messages, and message settings, u should able to locate storage for sms mode.

I'm glad that i cud b of assistance. awaiting ur review. One site i get applications from is getjar.com, another is mobile9.com, i can't remember the rest. try a web search, u will get lucky!

Your help Fresh was excellent. after analysis i opted 4 chinese version which bears xtcs u gave. it seems wow! still studying it n hope to post my review soon. by the way,do u know any applications i can download? thnx alot. ^-^

Hmmm...well, the Standard version has icons and colour schemes like other recent Motofones u wud hav seen, i can't exactly giv a description.0_0 The Chinese version's colour scheme is red and yellow. I don't kno how much help that was but i hope it's useful.

Hey Sarah, yes, L7e & L7i are the same. If ur going to buy the Chinese version for use in China, then you should be very very excited to have this fone. It has a extra pack of features for use in the Chinese network. I can't rememba them all but wen i got the Chinese versin by accident, i was angry that i wuzn't living in China 2 exploit the features. (I exchanged my Chinese version for the Standard version.) I still luv it!

This is my opinion of this fone. First the bad: POOR RECEPTION! Geez! Just by puttin the fone in my pocket i risk losing service. Loudspeaker is n't very loud, i wud rate it as above average but don't expect 2 win a sound off against an SE or Nokia no matter how much good songs u hav. No radio. Small screen-only 176*220. Now the good: Slim! no bulgy pockets. beautiful blu colour. Great camera(1.3) 1280*1024 pixels. voice dialling(you don't have 2 pre-record). You can download and install java apps. Call delay (so cool, it's like i have a personal asst. to hold my calls). PLay music thru blutooth headset. Full screen view. Voice record.
So even tho dropped calls iz extremely annoying, it isn't a constant thing. therefore despite its flaws i still recommend this fone for those that want it. It has more Pros than Cons. i plan on keeping mine for a long while

please help I buy my new phone moto L7e I can't opem call to anybody because there an emergency call only that appears in the screen....anyone help me for this....how will I delete that emergency call only apperance in the screen so that I can call...

gr8 phone good sound quality but volume a little bit low unlike nokia's...auaumn headphones....good battery life...camera is above average...fast charging..
