The software in this is make the system very slow.
Any idea to speed up the system.

I found that this device can be Sync with a Window Media Player like a Ipod with itunes but WMP converts some of the mp3 formats to WMA which is not recognized by l9 I don't know why so I have to turn of the conversion option in WMP

Well,the phone is pretty good in general besides it has a unique shape,it's price is very good measuring to other phones with the same abilities,but i face diffeculties in opening pictures Sized 450-500 kbs& this is to bad ,but i beleave the phone is good in general

Outstanding build quality. Extremely durable. My L9 survived from terrible fall in water. This phone is only for people who use their phones for communication and SMS.

Motorola phones r not good for music! (except the rockers) because:
1) No good headphones r provided in the market by Motorola! a problem money can't solve!
2) If u play it from the sounds it will stop playing after the song finishes, so again u'll have to go to sounds to play another! Doing this to listen 4/5 songs will get u pissed!!!
3) The java player takes about 15 seconds to load waiting will kill u'r appetite for music!!!
Solution: Though being a fan of motorola I've shifted to SonyEricsson w580i to pass the time while motorola updates it's ancient OS!
Now I've got animated wallpapers, coolest themes, noise reduction headphones, walkman player (takes abolutely a second to load!!!), cool file manager and a handy interface which not boring at all! but I still miss the metal of Motorola!

To get the best out of this phone, you need to mod it, check out http://modmymoto.com .
The factory default sound is way too soft, there is a mod that fixes this problem.
With regards to skins, its a bit complicated but there is a monsterpack that comes bundled with quite a lot of skins (u can also find it at modmymoto.com, the name of the monsterpack is xero). You need to flash it to your phone.

hi the datacable and sound is also very bad for this l9. for having all these bad qualities the rate is also very high. the best one is to decrease rate for this. thats all.thank you for telling about it.

the datacable service is not good for this motosilverL9 piece. for this for some days only the data cable is not recognising the cell itself.this is one of the bad quality.
