SE K530 is a good phone with 3G but no EDGE but L9 has EDGE no 3G. GMAP by google, Yahoo Go won't run in L9 but it runs in almost all SE phones.So it depends on your requirement.L9 is cheaper than SE k530 due to its limitations.

If not then get those settings and then you will able to use internet. Setting are present in weAccess>Web Sessions

in my opinion the most simple way is via data-cabel into the memory card.then click "install" and that's it.

Big Blender from motorola , Camera result same like vg camera while they are claiming 2 mpxl. not have voice clearity feature. Did Motorola have same style i think so they have lot of same body , they just change his model name but not change style u can see same shape L6 , L6i, L7. L7i. and now L9 did u found any change in five models same body same size just making fool to user
