good telephone- the real ones. my gsm provider Connex from Romania give't me a china stupi one with no wap no voice note no melody composer

any one help me i am far from the dealer to see hi
my t192 stop after every call to close and open put pin again
when ever i finish my call it shows duration then call charged and the screen apears 'the last call" and all systym lock no key work after this messege
so please if some one no give me idea how to reset in normal i must close and start to dial other number.
