I have had this phone for 5 years and it still works. And it is beat up. its been wet, it has been dropped off the top of a semi trailer 15 feet in the air onto a concrete floor, it has been the best phone I have ever had that works the way it was supposed to the day I got it. The only problem I had was that I had to build up the screen sensor button with epoxy so that is would still sense when it was open. This phone has been fantastic. I also put a clear protective cover over the lense and the buttons though. Clear packing tape can work as well if done right. I repeat, I still have this phone and it still works even though I have moved on to a newer one. I got this phone FIVE years ago.

Very dependable. Solid, no-frills phone. Big buttons are great for senior citizens. My mom has used this phone for 5 years and has had zero problems. Try to find a BlackBerry, N-Series or iPhone that can go as long w/o speaker, slider, keypad problems.

im using a motov300... how can i use its photo call and its GPRS? Why cant it apply voice records as ring tones? others like razrs' can?

Probably the worst phone i ever had.
No conectivity, Low Performance and very fragile.
The battery was OK, but that's about it. Never again!

the problem with this phone is there's no cable available in the market. If you lost it, then you wont be able to upload your photos.

Recièn lo comprè. Es un excelente aparato. Su càmara es muy buena, mejor que la del L6 que tuve que desprenderme de èl por lo incòmodo de su tamaño. Una de sus mejores prestaciones es el reloj en pantalla con luz azul, que permite fàcilmente ver la hora sin abrirlo. Tuve un V360 que tambièn es muy buen aparato, como toda la serie V de Motorola, perosu pantalla exterior es oscura y poco visible. ESTE APARATO ES EL SUCESOR INDISCUTIBLE DEL MEJOR TELEFONO DE SOLAPA QUE FABRICÒ MOTOROLA Y QUE LAMENTABLEMENTE DISCONTINUO Y QUE ES EL V.60i Lo peor que està fabricando ahora Motorola en mi concepto es la serie W.- Si tienen la oportunidad de conseguirlo aùn escojan en V300 y hàganlo flashear para V600 si son muy exigentes.

I had this phone for over 4years.In my opinion it was a good hit in comparison to its rivals. At the minute after 4years runnin on the original battery it can last 5min on a call when its fully charged!

My mother's been using this phone for the past 2 yrs. Very reliable. Recently, I found out I could activate the phone to be quad band (it was tri-band without 850mhz). With 850 activated, the phone's reception is almost always at 5 bars! Its like getting a new phone... for free! :)

about the camera button being pressed during travel...try changing what each button is used for? that way you can put an insignificant one on the side.
