Try using settings forom motorola E398 and put them manualy.

great phone, heavy and a metal sensation in you;re hand when u talk. i've been a nokia user for 6-7 years - waste of money/time with those people's phones - yes they are the best phones in the world that come in many flavours but not for me anymore. i tried something different - a very very good move (menu is excelent - different platform, different thinking when you call, the picture quality is cristal clear and the 65k screen is just REAL, NATURAL like all decent phones should have). and the design is european - top of the range materials, beautifull insertions of inox over black aluminium - overall efect that says STYLE is what i am nd did not buy. conclusion - i won't change it untill it's stolen/broke, and when it'll do either of these, i'll buy a new one just like this. thank you for you're time.

2 months into my V620 experience and I'm annoyed. The V620 drops calls with 3-4 bar signal and has severe packet loss issues. Oddly, the old, crappy Siemens S40 it replaced works fine under the exact same conditions.
I knew the V600 had problems (Cingular dropped it "for cause") but thought the V620 had solved the problems. Apparently not.

Does anybody know if it is possible to expand the iternal memory of this phone ? I know that it is possible for some NOKIA models without slot for cards, so I really hope it is appliable for motorola v620?

hey i posted earlier about buyin a bluetooth hub but im just wondering does any one know if the 5mb of memory is shared memory or just for the gallery ie photos videos becuase someone i no has go a phone with 12mb memory but they can only use 5mb for photos please help

I bought my v620 in Jan and have had problems setting up my wap. I have been everywhere on the net trying to get settings but to no avail. Can anyone help me pls!!!!!!!!

Pros:
- excellent display
- themes
- ring tones sound great
- feature rich (I personally don't care..)
Cons:
- It's too big. Probably better as a man's phone
- side button can be hit accidently
- text messaging is SLOW
- silver on navigation wheel is wearing off already! I'm a light mobile user and the phone is 2 weeks old! imagine what it will be like in 2 years!

Does anyone know how I can check email from my Outlook mailbox from work? I used to have Verizon and they have a little app called Email Executive, that I bought for $4.99 a month. Great. With Cingular, the only thing I can thing of is to do it via Internet Access, which doesn't read well on a small screen/browser, with MS Outlook Webaccess.

Yea i have the same problem i cant get my WAP to work either i have went to an 02 shop and everything its really annoying! its all been set and says its all ready to go but nothing happens!

My boyfriend bought me the motorola v620 for my birthday and i read all about it on this site and others, on my 3rd day of having the phone ive managed to scratch it on the small little mirror, i was so annoyed!,It's a great phone but the cover is just so easy to scratch even when you put it into your pocket or bag and you just dont realise it! Anyone else agree with me?
