I was suffering same problem I was using airtel service. I can tell you how to delete that damn voicemail message.
Its phone's problem. Sometimes phone shows new voicemail message even if you receive a text message.
1st You should know that how this message came ? like if you send sms on 121 (airtel customer service) and it replied as voicemail then keep messaging to 121 until your voicemail reaches 255 messages... after that it will be automatically resest to zero. I've done it. And one more thing, go to your messages settings and set the default storage to "SIM" you can later move the message to phone if you want to store it.. but make the default storage to sim.. your phone will not assume any text message as voicemail.

please help me! i have a message in voicemail folder but i am totally unable to read or listen the message,i am also unable to clear the bullshit message, although i have used the option of master clear & master clear as well but it doesn't look helpful, my all messages in inbox & outbos are deleated but this damn message is not. It really bothers me alot, please help me folks.....

hi this phone is not as great as acclaimed i have it just simple phone .MOtto did not bother to provide amanual mnay features i have come to know lately the battery life is not great i have t o charge it evceryday can any body please guid eme if Nokia e50 is better or iamte jaq
