I had bought this phone in early 2007. My kid used to play with it like ball. Once she threw it out of the window and it fell 20 ft (second floor). Never gave any problem. Recently changed the battery. Used the original battery until last march 2011. Now gifted to a poor girl. Never heard or seen a more rugged phone. Keypad was very hard and stiff though.

Except that it does not receive sms that is more than 1 page, i have had no other problem in 2 1/2 years.
Its a very strong phone..

the best phone i have. i also have a iphone 3gs but i luv this one more. one full charge gives you minimum 4-5 days battery backup with full use. fell a 100 times from my hand in 3years yet no issue. a gr8 phone no thoughts

I used this phone for almost 3 n half years .. I loved its msg capacity. but it was very slow for msg typing.. still i luv it.

have been using this phone for last 2 years. Battery back-up is worse than pathetic and one of the worst ever. Keyboard is very insensitive. Applcations load very slowly(specially after it is switched on)Body is durable and strong. Never buy this phone.

I using your set w 209 on dated 27/05/2010, battery of bile bust, cover of the battry also broken, who is respobsible for the this.

I had used it for 2 years... an average phone.. battery doesn't have much backup time.. replaced the battery twice in 2 yrs time... it cant receive picture messages... good fm receiver

Been using this phone for almost two years. Nothing bad to say about it except that the keys are a little insensitive. No problems so far. =D
