Bought this phone 1.5 years back. worked fine till nov-08.
Started giving problem from then. Phone automatically switches off. While ringing suddenly switches off. Not even missed call record stored. Even after complete charging of battery, again it shows messages like "invalid battery", "low battery". Phone has become very unreliable.
Taken to UCom- Authorised service shop. They also could not do anything.
Thinking of replacing this phone!

Bought the pink one, it's really cute! very very cute! ^_^
though i find it hard to text. i use it only for the radio.

I've been using it only for 1.5 years, i seldom used it for calling, frequently used for texting. but i discovered just recently ( 4 days ago to be exact) that the earpiece is not working anymore, how come? I made a call and surprised the i can't hear the other line, try 2 more #s and the same, try another Sim cards, still can't hear the other line but they heard me. SIGHHHHHHH...

As the phone has no caller ID ability and does not have a missed call feature, a lot of we have cum to expect on cell phone is lost.

as mentioned earlier it is easy to customise the shortcuts and all that stuff
the only complaint i've got it has no loudspeaker and also its ringer volume is low
but it is tough phone,dropped it twice on ground and once in water and still working...

sexy phone-cheap and best
its been more than 1 year that ive been using this phone
bought it for rs.2600.
excellent battery,superb clarity for radio and good keypad for typing messages
it is the best phone if u want only radio for a phone.

I have this phone since May 2007. At first, I was very pleased. Good battery, radio, stylish. Quite customizable (shortcuts and stuff).
After a few months, flip mechanism became a bit shaky. Not much, and condition has not worsened since.
However, this phone can sometimes miss an alarm (phone does not ring at the set time). Alarm text can have only 2 lines of text (approx. 40 chars), and max 5 alarms. This is irritating as I use this a lot as a reminders for things to do, for example: @3:15pm do the laundry.
Saving phone number from recently called list is painful (you have to enter name, you cannot chose from existing contacts).
In the last few months, phone has started behaving unreliable in regard to receiving phone calls. That is, people cannot reach me sometimes (even though my phone is turned on), they get "subscriber unavailable". Restarting the phone "unlocks" it. Might be due to new operator. Anyway, I plan to change this phone soon.

its now abt 2yrs since i bot th phone.th experience has bn wonderful indeed. no complications so far.moto w220 hoye!!

i really love the pink phone it has fallen in water once i dried it in the sun n worked quite ok but the second time it fell in water, dead but i hope its not for good Help pliz!

Robin, 16 Aug 2008 Hi Khaled, I don't if you can help, but this phone was g... moreHelo..ive been usin this phone 4 over 1 n half yrs now..its been pretty good ..but problems r startin to show up now..if u r r frequent messager then its not d phone..d centre button has literally been stuck..so it peels off over a period of time n causes trouble while messagin or even 4 opening d basic options..d side volume buttons r not workin now..otherwise the phone is ok..

It's almost been 2 yrs since i bought d fone, d experience has ben really good( I mean wat else culd u ask from such a simple fone??)
No prblms were there untill now....Now the FM reception do not work......every time i tune in to FM radio there is just no reception, although a harsh shrill noise can be heard......
There is no problem with the head set,(since many of u might point out !) the headset is just fine as calls heard via it are clean and clear......So just one problem nd dat too after 2 yrs of buying, quite genuine !

U can download Wallpapers and Ringtones from Airtel Live or Vodaphone Live in ur phone or from any other network operator who provides Gprs services. U can also download by data cable but data cable and drivers of this phone is very hard to find.
