Agree. Torch and FM radio are two welcome features for a low-end phone.
The price is now $21 in Vietnam making it the cheapest color screen phone from known-brand in the market.

The great thing is the high quality design and finishing.
It will be available in Saudi Arabia in Feb 2010 with Full Arabic Language.

Just bought this phone an hour ago, $23. No earphone comes with the box so want to use the FM radio, get yourself one :(.
Feel very small and light in hand. Icons are badly drawed. Another bad news, there's no wap. There is a basic organiser however, very basic.

The design is great, especially for the price. And the specs are fair, again, for the price. I'd rather have this one than the cheapo Nokia I'm using as a second phone (my first is a Moto).

This phone has been launched but sadly it is not manufactured by Motorola. It is manufactured by some company in Hong Kong for Motorola. The charger and battery are of another company as well.
but for Rs.1400 [$28] it is a good buy :)
you can assign ringtones for contacts, group sms and multi-alarm clock as well.
