i bought this phone in china and using it in Bombay. both cdma and gsm working fine. but the problem is that i dont see 'Market' widget for purchasing applications . Also it is programmed as China Telecom functionality. Can somebody tell me how to make it full functional with all standrad widgets of 2.1.1 android? phone is good but i am stuck with many standard features missing ....pl help

it abolutely doesn't matter.
if you're using a smartfone and the battery lasts more than 100h, then you're doing something wrong.
if you want a phone that lasts 13 days, go for a nokia 6xxx. a smartfone that uses internet, mail, facebook and some apps on a 3,7" screen will never last more than two days. (2010 - maybe in some years ..)
