Anonymous, 28 Jun 2008oh no! i just read: that keypad is touch sensitive! NOOO... morethe keypad is not touch sensitive. But rather morphing like the e8 which i have. And this technology is amazing that can not be replicated thru the dummy phones. It doesnt have a tactile press but it vibrates on every press. And note, press, not touched. YOu really have to try the real phone in order to experience this technology.

hey, how good is this phone? is it as good as N82. i dont know how touch sensitive keypad is since it is the latest feature in mobile phones. anyone have MOto ZN5? please tell me how good it is

this is not a true imaging device because it is not having VGA video recording.

gr8 phone. great performance. Gr8 camera quality. Beats other 5mp phones hands down. i dont know what other reviewers say but i have used nokia N82 and N95 and the quality and performance of the camera is way better than nokia phones.

blahh.. stop all ur fanboy-ism, both motorola and nokia or whatever. come on guys, diff ppl has diff preferences. just becoz the phone doesnt fit ur requirements does not make it bad. it's a big world out there and every cell is sure to appeal to soomebody. yes, it lacks 3G, but not everyone needs it (i hardly see anyone i know video call, and opera mini+edge is speedy enough in a V8. and heck, this phone has WIFI) . yes, it lacks VGA video recording (which i love in nokia phones, btw), but i still dont mind. i am still gonna buy it when it comes out...

hey nokia fans there is something other than camera in which nokia can never beat motorola it is the screen quality ,i bet screen quality is such high that n81 and n95 are way behind from ZN5, I AM WAITING FOR COMMENTS

so, i see this is kodak camera with phone fiture..coz the phone fiture is absolutely rubbish except the camera..
better bought kodak camera than this phone..

So, do you think that more is better? Well, I think not. Why would mobile phone companies even care making simple phones if the "fad" today is having feature rich phones? And also, do you think that an average Joe could even use all of a multimedia phone's features if he clearly doesn't know and care about them? Face the facts, some people prefer simple or specialized phones over multimedia phones.

yes, motorola is sooooo good...thats why their cell phone division is most likely selling out. the n82 beat the se k850 cause it is only a camera phone... and truely compare the pics froma n82 and a zn5. and its rumoured that the zn5 mite not even shoot in raw mode. so before you people even think to call the name of nokia and consider yourselves "equals," make more than one marketable phone- make an actual multimedia phone which can actually compare to the n70, not even the n80. NOTHING motorola has can even start to compare to the n95 1&2 or the n82 or n78. not 1. not 1. not even near the features... its not jsut about the camera, lots of fones have 5mp cameras now, se accounced a 8mp camera, but its about a multimedia phone, and motorola just doesnt have it in them. sorry. nice comback with the zn5, its is a nice phone, truly it is, and it will it will find its own niche, but definitly not any makret which is controlled by nokia or SE

Nokia Fans always give excuse. Nokia Fans always talk about the old OS. Nokia Fans are really blind about Motorola now. Hahaha... Come on, Nokia Fans don't talk other features, we talk about photo quality.

Dude, are you so misguided or plain stupi... moreNah, you can't just take the fact that for the first time in history, Motorola managed to defeat the "undefeatable" Nokia in terms of camera quality. The N95 and N98 came out earlier and have more features, but an average Joe couldn't get the most out of his phone because of all the snazzy and flashy features he doesn't even know nor care about.
And the OS is fixed by Motorola ages ago. MotoMagx is proven to be marginally better than even the "mighty" Symbian S60 OS.

Both Nokias have in built GPS and lots of other features. What does the ZN5 have? Just a 5 megapixel camera and the clumsiest OS you can find in a phone. Go get yourself a good digital camera if you're so worried about photo quality. Without even 3G/3.5G this phone is useless. Plus this phone isn't even out yet. Nokia released N95 ages ago. :)

Don't scared of the fact that the "unbeatable" Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson was actually challenged and defeated by the Motorola ZN5 in terms of camera quality. Let's face it. What for just improve w/Xenon Flash. Don't be coward.
